I've just done a quick calculation: It took 27 seconds to gain 0.001%, so we'll say 25 with 2 seconds lost when it passed 299. 25 x 100000 (for 100%) / 3600 (second to hour) = 694 694h of pure grinding for the last level.

Unless you play like ark, cadena or Mercedes. And you can say whatever about the frenzy totem he is still putting in more hours than anyone else in the world. If he played in reboot he'd already be 300 due to legacy exp.

Different regions have different systems and items, what are you on about? TMS cleared dojo 99F, KMS cleared 96F, where is GMS at? (TMS and GMS has +13% on items 151+ while KMS only has it on Eternal items, KMS has slower att. speed, no familiars, no totems, only lv.2 links skill, etc. what's the excuse?)
Crazy. Im 261 and it was work getting there with hyperburning. Would love to get 270+ but it is very hard with a full time job and other responsibilities. If it weren't for daily story I would be screwed. Many players dont have time to grind like this, but an hour a day of dailies is feasible

Dude read the exp gouge to LV up from 250 till 290 is very easy compared to 290-291
And level 297 is halfway to 300
