The 5th and final part in the 3751 series follows the 3751 all the way home to LA from Williams,AZ
See the train make it's way down the BNSF Peavine line and then onto the Arizona and California RR when it rejoins the BNSF at Cadiz.
Please not there are limited shots from Barstow to San Bernadino and nothing between San Bernadino and LA due to traffic.
Not to mention it's pulling millions of dollars worth of private varnish........awesome video---awesome locomotive.
32:30!!! Absolutely beautiful!
awesome trip video of this famous steamers of this return trip run home after a trip to the grand canyon
nice catch too catching a Grand canyon train before it left for home and as well as a BNSF freight meeting it too
Great Video Great Steamer!
At the beginning of the video...what's with the PRR F-unit off to the side? How the heck did that end up in Arizona?
I think that may be in Grand Canyon RY (GCRY) livery. Most if not all the GCRY F unit's have in my opinion very similar a very similar red color and lettering style to that of the PRR.
3751 Stopped At Her Home San Bernadino!!
This is the excursion that happened in 2012 right? If so, I was one of the lucky people that got to go inside the cab of this locomotive when it stopped in Parker. I was able to because my dad works for the Grand Canyon Railway, and he knew the guys on the 3751 crew!
Wooooow shes pulling all of that?!?!
Bless her old boiling heart! She's still got muscle!
🥺

that's a really nice steamer!!
My mom calls it a steamie
Idk why
Loooooove your video.
Anyone see the freight train on the mountain at the atart?
Yup, that’s a Z on the Seligman Sub
33:19 get'n with it!
At 34:00 how much of that speed was that of the Amtrak engines?
Probably 55
Marty Jeruzal Probably none. Diesel electrics towed for dynamic braking safety requirement, auxiliary power for the cars, and back up power in case steam breakdown. 😎
Great pacing at 43:20
