  • This is my first go at making kalguksu (Korean knife-cut noodles) at home. I had a kg of oysters to get through so oyster kalguksu it is. (full process and a bit of mukbang at the end ;))
    I did manage to get the ratio a bit messed up but with a little help from my Korean wife it was a success in the end :).
