8:53 可以看到在開店前先預煎起來的漢堡只煎一面，因為之後沒有煎的那一面會放到滾燙的鐵盤上，又因為他是牛肉漢堡，不用全熟也可以吃，因此等送到顧客面前時沒煎的那一面也會剛好微焦，中間也不會過熟影響口感

ロシア風とオランダ風が好き。

Are the chefs experience much physical pain?
Seems fair to ask the question, because their speed is very quick & powerful. I am a little intimidated by the strength & endurance of the chefs.

Looks more like Salisbury steak rather than the traditional hamburger which is flatter and served with ketchup rather than gravy or the yellow goop. Have been to Asakusa twice when visited Tokyo. Will keep the place in mind.
