2:00 IMO, everything should be sealed, just with the little seal on the top like you know the Tylenol bottle has inside
Just run a shake test on body creams, if they sounds like separated water and clumpy cream moving here and there inside, it's gone bad. If it does not move in the tube, it's fine.
i ended up buying 4 body creams in january during a sale. only one has gone bad which was strawberry pound cake. it’s been sounding clumpy for like the past month now at least 🤦🏼♀️ i need to throw it out or use it up
I had one that was separated but I use it before bed. Once I got past some of the watery parts it got a better texture close to normal creams. You guys can still use them. It smelled normal too.
I also had black cherry merlot got separated in body cream, but I used it at night on my hands, arms and feet. Nothing wrong happed to me, the smell was also OK, just the consistency was watery and clumpy.
Also, if you push all the air out of the tube, and squeeze the entire tube. In about 5 minutes, it’ll be like new. Putting the tube in warm water will also work.
I keep my creams in a bottom drawer in my refrigerator.

Good tips Bonnie...I stopped buying body creams...only body lotions now...Also I only buy 3 body butters at a time so they don't get funky on me...🎉
I have just 2 body creams left to use up from 2023. Golden Mango Lagoon and Orange Ginger. Then I have 4 body butters to use up. I’m sticking to lotions from now on. Happy Wednesday!

I just cleaned out my bin and anything that wasn’t used, I donated to a charity that helps the homeless in our community. They were so grateful for it! 💚💙

Great use it or lose it video. I checked my Sunset glow body cream stash and thankfully they all were intact and smelled good. No goopy mess, just a little yellow. Glad I can still use them!

I don't like the body creams and won't buy them. I stick with lotion and body butter and keep it to less than ten total.
I tried to turn them upside down once in awhile so they don't aggravate as much

There was one year after they reformulated the body cream and I swear mine I bought at Christmas didn’t last 6 months, it was odd.

I always check products before buying especially body butters. Luckily I opened it because so much product was missing and it had fingerprints in it. They should seal their products but I sense they intentionally don’t so they can resell used/returned products. That’s unhygienic. Sometimes I’ve noticed issues with BOPIS orders and the fill line on mists is much lower than normal, creams and lotions look used and there’s residue on the lids.
Bonnie you should do a "Lavendar" mists video in honor of our non Spring. Lo... I was shocked cloud 9 has lavendar. I dont smell it at All!

I have a Open Sky body cream since 2021, and it is fine! (haven't used it yet, but I TESTED it) honestly I think it just really depends on where you store it. Like you said Bonnie, down in the basement it's much cooler, so I think the body creams will last longer!

I totally check my body cream to make sure it hasn't been obviously used! I usually wait until I'm out in my car afterward, though, because I'm afraid of looking like I'm using a non-tester. I've definitely ended up bringing some things back inside and asking for another one! I find it so odd that they don't seal them, but I think it's just a corner they're somehow allowed to cut to save money and enable them to re-sell returns that are mostly full. It's so unhygienic, especially considering that people often just open it to smell it and not actually use it...they're literally breathing their germs right inside and no one would know. Gross! I also think they'd last longer if they were sealed.

I found a merry cherry cheer cream at my local flea market 2 years ago and I bought it not really knowing what it looked or smelled like but it seemed perfect but I had never smelled it before. I just heard you rave about it and I just knew I needed it in my collection 😂 WITH THE AMARETTO!! I then bought a shower gel on eBay.

I came here to find out if anyone has had any problems with the bottles disintegrating. I just went through my collection and for one of my body creams the plastic had become completely brittle and disintegrated in my hands.

I’ve had moisturizing body wash go bad but I live in Texas and I definitely don’t have a candle dungeon.😂 It seems the fragrances with a deep warm vanilla scent go bad the fastest, looking at you bonfire bash 😒
