Exactly 11 more weeks and I’ll have had my cdl for 1 yr through a different company. Tired of fighting for money lol. Was told to wait until I could apply but that Min guaranteed for different accounts all work for me cause I need my coin!
@@MrJodyh54 the stipulations are you just doing your job. Scanning in paper work in a timely fashion, showing up on time for a delivery, no preventable accidents, no turning down loads and driving safe.
My man. Just be very careful with driving. Don’t make a preventable accident or a traffic violation etc. marten will fire you and make sure you can’t find another job
@@MrJodyh54 Marten only has front facing cameras that point to the road. There is no inward facing cameras. We don’t have a system that tell you how to drive but if you’re speeding, running stop signs, running lights… the camera will detect it and record it.
Absolutely. It’s all about time & trip planning. You leave early enough and make sure you have cushion for bathroom breaks, fuel, and emergencies. Also, keep in mind the speed changes for construction work, state highways vs. interstates and vice vs. also you will be surprise the amount of people (cars) you pass just doing 65.

That guarantee pay has many stipulations. You do no really get that pay each week. Read truckersreport reviews first.

Did they make you train with a trainer OTR ?
No. Marten does not train.
Did u do a urine test or hair follicle?
Marten only does urine test and they random drug test as well . I work for marten and I been random drug tested 3 times in 5 years
