    I think Tupac's acting was equally as powerful as his rap lyrics. My two favorite black american film actors are Tupac Shakur and Denzel Washington! The three best films Tupac starred in, from my perspective, are 1) "Poetic Justice"-1993, 2) "Gang Related"-1997 and 3) "Above the Rim"-1994. I was not all that impressed with "Juice" (1991) the first time I saw it, but I thought Tupac gave an amazing performance!

    If Tupac lived I could see him becoming a top A-list actor, being casted for big blockbuster movies. Today he probably would've been in a superhero movie like black panther or something. Acting was deffo a talent of his; he had the range, the charisma, the emotion. RIP🙏🏿.

  • @samuel2pac72
    @samuel2pac72 7 лет назад +66

    Really solid actor, he was really strong at the intense scenes. I believe his skill along, him showing a little range along side his star (the reason why big names get parts is so they can draw crowds to the project) would have had him as one of the top actors in America, especially Black. RIP.

    One of the most naturally gifted and at ease actors I can remember watching. I forget just how good this kid was. And also just how young he was and how young he died. Just 25. A real shame to lose that kind of talent at any age. I hope one day we will find out who killed him somehow and bring them to justice.
    RIP Pac..

    That breakout performance in Juice . . . What can I say, he had no hesitations concerning his character. His performance was so good that I believe many people thought he was like that. I think Vibe magazine had a cover of Pac with the caption "Is Tupac crazy". He was such a talented artist - his vocals, his poetry, his acting - an expressive genius. How cool would it have been to kick it with Pac before Deathrow.

    Looking at the great acting of Tupac Shakur sadly reminds me of what we all lost artistically on September 13, 1996, he was up to portray John Shaft in "Shaft" which went to Samuel L. Jackson among other roles, if only Tupac would have known what he meant to a lot of us in his peer group and how a lot of us depended and loved his truth that he spoke, I doubt if he would have put himself around the people that eventually caused his demise
