People feel so much shame if we're struggling in a relationship, so that's why we pretend everything is wonderful. We are trying to manifest a happy future. But in reality, it's best if we all share our struggles so that we can all share our solutions.
There's no way you have ocd. You've never shown any of those signs on the show. I think you're just trying to keep up with this mental trend to stay relevant 😒

Question? He spoke a lot on his podcast about being a good dancer. Is he really that good of a dancer or is this just his narcissistic way of comparing himself to Ariana and her dancing with the stars success. And I’m assuming he’s trying to get on the show dwts.

Not sure why our society thinks we should hold in our emotions, if you feel like crying…cry, if you are feeling over whelmed let it out, I personally think going for a walk outside, meditation or writing things out helps. Why are people turning to Drs for more drugs 🤦🏼♀️. It may seems to ‘fix’ something but they only cause other health issues eventually. Our bodies are quite intelligent and if given the proper species specific nutrition and water and not poison like alcohol you will be amazed how good it works and heals. If you have symptoms it is your body communicating with you and hopes you listen. Hope this gets to you with an open mind and heart.

Summer is so lucky to have such a cool mom ❤! Being authentic and transparent is hard enough in life and adding reality tv is a million times more pressure so we appreciate you sharing with us about everything.
Mom shaming is a horrible thing, whether you're a stay at home mom or a working mom. It just feels like there is so much criticism out there, instead of being supportive. Do the dads get shamed like the moms? I think, not! Many years ago, I worked at a college where they had a biofeedback lab, that was accessible to students and employees. Students went there, for their test anxieties to learn, how to calm their minds and not be so anxious. I went there because sometimes, my job was extremely stressful. I learned, how to calm my mind and was given tools to practice these methods at home or in other surroundings. It was a great help. I'm not sure, if biofeedback is still a thing but I know that one of my husband's doctors years ago, practiced these techniques with his patients, and they worked really well, in the healing process. He had lost a daughter to a severe asthma attack and was convinced, had he known and taught these techniques to his daughter, she would still be here. Have fun at Bravocon!
I've always wondered why you keep your ex-husband's last name.
Would LOVE to see/hear your mom and dad on the podcast. Would be cool to hear their stories and their story as a couple and being parents and grandparents.
I think the BIGGEST mom shammers are women with no kids! It’s so sad because they have no idea.
Funny when you buy or get anything 99% of the time you get instructions . But when you have a child . No one hands you a instructions , you are on your own and hope other parents will help. Do your own thing . Enjoy 🐼

I actually really really enjoy your solo pods more than others! My wife and I actually met Scheana over 10 yrs ago at SIR and she was the coolest, sweetest person ever and still is.
Yet you hung out with him in front of everyone. At bravocon Be careful He’s talking bad about her on podcasts and on stage so you might not want to take advice from your husband about this topic. Cause It’s always been obvious your husband has been team Tom. Things that have slipped out that were kinda ignorant. Ignorant to others pain feelings she’s your BEST friend after all…Bro love isn’t usually about us vs women …bros before whoes is just kinda sad and when you have a daughter that’s scary. Truth be told, I honestly don't recall Tom speaking badly of Ariana. Perhaps I just missed it but I honestly don't think so. If he did and somehow I missed it, my apologies.
That is what it was they were trying to compliment you it was may be the wrong word to use when you see it in a 45 minute clip but it was definitely a compliment. It was not an insult it was about how amazing you are on the outside, as well as the inside.

AFTER THAT i became depressed BUT MY ANIXETY went AWAY!!! I NO LONGER HAVE IT ALSO BC I STARTED PRAYING AND GETING CLOSER TO GOD!!!!! YES IT DOES WORK!!! AND I TOOK ZOLOFT TOO!! I DID NOT LIKE IT!!!!
