    South East QLD is a hole crime is out of control. You should do an episode of which suburb your most likely to get your car stolen in or your if your family will be hurt during a violent home invasion.

      Hey @theaussienurseflipper.8113 - Springfield is in Ipswich. The new Mater Hospital Project in Springfield will cost $320m to build and is on track to be complete in 2025…In partnership with the Queensland government this project will see more than $1 billion invested over the next decade.

      Hey Nick. Thanks for the question. Moreton Bay wasn't discussed due to what we refer to as opportunity cost. There are better locations within SEQ that are in a growth cycle that present a higher probability for better performance regarding both capital growth and cash flow. The outcomes in our opinion are maximised in the areas stated at this particular time, this will ultimately change in the future.

      I have four houses in Caboolture bought between 2012 and 2019.. total value has gone from around $1.7mil to nearly $4mill... Rent has gone through the roof. Very cost effective and a great location. Way than better Toowoomba.. this video is a bit of a puff piece.. do your own research..
