Guys! If you missed yesterday's video, you have to check it out, we explored ancient civilizations in Georgia, it was epic! Check it out here: ruclips.net/video/YFypxN6iwgc/видео.html&t=
In countries you go, I mean generally, dont believe everything local people will tell you about their history. You are now in a country where armenians were the minority before 1828. According to their own historians 20% of the whole population of Irevan Khanate were armenians.
LOL! Turkish history is embedded by the government. As a matter of fact, Wikipedia is the same translation to ALL languages, except Turkish. The Turks edit their own history books that totally differs from the rest of the world. Identical to Azerbaijan. It's only typical and normal to expect to hear twisted fake Turk history.
We also edit books of some armenian historians in real life and russian history archives. for your information they already have an excuse and blame the persian ruler Shah-Abbas 1.
As Russian, i visit 1 week in Tblisi, 1 week in Yerevan, 1 week in Baku. The best were Tblisi and Yerevan. Similar but certainly different. The people are kind and sincere, will always try to help. Relatively safe, the worst that can happen is that your taxi driver notices you are a tourist and may charge you an extra $1 dollar. I wouldn't travel to Baku again, especially after going to Arstakh/karabakh. But it's totally worth the ban to go to Artsakh
I visited more than the ghost city, just travel at your own risk in Azerbaijan. The people love to stare and intimidate, especially if you're skin color is whiter then theirs.
I highly recommend you to visit khor-virap monastery, perfect place, amazing view on Mt. Ararat. Also geghard. You can find a lot of interesting sites in Armenia, if you have enough time ☺I'm not Armenian 😉
I was in Armenia and visited Khor-Virap monastery, but I was unable to see the Mount Ararat, because of the rain and fog. However, on my way back to New York, at the airport lounge in Yerevan, I saw the Mt. Ararat very clearly. Love Armenia!
Make sure you visit the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), you will be mind-blown from the scenery. And please don't let negative comments bring a bad taste to what you do, I like the video keep em coming.
Indigo Traveller they offer you to visit a place that they occupied from Azerbaijan 20 years ago via killing hundreds of people (google it: Khojali massacre), that land belongs to Azerbaijan and no one recognizes it as a country. It would not be nice to visit there, but it’s your call..

Hi Nick, 7:46 that fat roman soldier sculpture is from the artist Fernando Botero, who's from Medellín, Colombia. He donated several sculptures to a main square in Medellín, and besides the square it is the Museo de Antioquia where there are many sculptures and paints from the same artist. You're welcome to this lands! In Colombia we have very spectacular mountain landscapes!
Armenia and Georgia, both countries have quite similar culture, styles of architecture, etc., and despite the difference in language, they do indeed sound similar to foreign ears, that tells me one thing, despite the differences they are siblings and their national legends and myths say the same thing.
Thank you for visiting Armenia. I checked all your Armenian videos, they were amazing! I saw you had a great time and hope you took with you memories for the lifetime. Thanks for showing everybody our lovely country.
Both of my parents families are Armenian and my whole family speaks the language and we tend to eat Armenian food and celebrate Armenian traditions even though we live in America. I’ve never visited but I’ve always wanted to. So this video was very fun to watch!

These two mountains were Greater Ararat and Little Ararat. Such iconic mountains. Greater Ararat is the highest mountain in all of Turkey with 5137 metres. It used to be parta of Armenia for the longest time, but like you said the borders changed a lot and the Armenians lost a lot of territory. So their most sacred mountain is not within their country anymore.

Just curious, why are you so obsessed with Georgia?
I mean, I'm not complaining but it's a tiny country and you already spent like x7 more time there than in Ukraine for example.
And now you said you are coming back LOL
I like Georgia mate, I also like Ukraine, it is down to time restraints. Do you approve? ;)
Maybe cause of the friendly people out there, and feedback he got from Georgians? like seriously I became a fan of this guy even tho a lot of traveler-bloggers visited us, he's the first one i am watching xD
Thanks gaтya!
