The person who was struck on the side by the robot said it didn’t hurt but his entire body seemed to be jarred. What if the robot or the part it’s holding hit someone smaller than him? Or hit someone’s head?

How is contact when using a tool with sharp edges or points on the robot collaborative? I see the guy get hit by the arm itself, but what if he was struck by the tool?
