It is why ETH took the worst performing Utd team in nearly 30 years to 3rd last season & why his winning mentality is infectious. If he gets a squad that he is fully happy with he will bring real long lasting success & trophies back to the club. Utd need to tie ETH down to a 10 year deal...he is truly THAT important!
