It's 11'6" away from the next houses. I'm spending 9 million dollars I would like a lot more privacy than THAT!!!!!! Beautiful woodwork no doubt. Some of the nicest I've ever seen.
The woodwork, ironwork and stonework are incredible, I've not seen better in any of the homes in this market

It’s still on the market! It is a beautiful piece of architecture. Not a fan of the heavy window treatments and wallpaper, throughout. I guess if I could afford the house, that would be an easy fix.

As an American can I still purchase a house in Canmore, due to new Canadian law, preventing foreigners from purchasing homes?

not worth it. no privacy neighbors rammed in next to you. no acreage. no gym, pool. no theatre.
over priced.....the value is not there like we get in the United States for that price.....nice house, but way over priced for a house in such a frigid climate most of the year
