Having seen Wishbone Ash 3 times in the 70's I must say they still sound as good as any band today. Put them on a par with the Mighty Metallica. Fantastic live band.

I have had this DVD since I was 12, and it's what made me pick up the guitar. I've been playing for nearly 6 years now.. and seen Ash like 5 times. .. . Still think Mark Birch is the best lead guitarist ash have ever had. He's not an original... but his playing is so special.
Good players all, although playing itself has changed so much over the years. I know; I've been playing for 47 years-SO hard to try to keep up! Saw WBA in Seattle in 73. They were playing thru all Orange amps when I saw them but the 1973 vids I see here are something else. (Fenders perhaps?)

This track is a masterpeice. I used to listen to these guys back in the day but they are better now, just as good live as in the studio
