@bravoman after a divorce, once you have apologized to God for whatever wrongs you did to your wife, you are free to marry again. Keep in mind though the things you did wrong, so that you will not do likewise in the future, should you remarry. Not sure how long you are to be detained, but it seems it's time to unburden yourself to God. Recognize no man is perfect, but if you seek God, he has the power to forgive your sins, and to release you from eternal damnation. I'm not sure what background you are coming from. You may have been raised in a Christian home, but you may have backslid. If you have at another time asked God to forgive your sins in Christ's name, and you felt that you had a true conversion experience into the body of Christ, then it's time to confess and repent of your sins since that time. If you do not feel that your confession at that time was true for you, then I encourage you to ask God to come into your life now and to change your heart. Believe on Jesus Christ that he came and died, as the ultimate passover lamb for the forgiveness of your sins. Confess and repent of your sins to God in Jesus's name. Ask that He lead, guide, and direct you. Ask Him to fill your heart with the holy spirit. Also, if you have a pastor or Christian friends, go and ask them to help you in continuing to follow Christ, and seek to be baptized as a follower of Christ making it known that you believe on Him publicly. I have tried to comprehend the love that Jesus had/has for me. But I grew up without love. Real love. That unconditional love that children get from their parents. My father loved me but he died when I was 8 years old and my mother loathed me. I am trying to understand what the love feels like but I have yet to find the right definition.
Love is not a “feeling.” Love is a commitment. You may feel things from time to time, but don’t base anything on that. Base your understanding of love on the commitment Christ has made to you. If you place your faith and trust in Him and His finished work for your redemption on the cross, then you can rest assured in His Love for you everlasting and be comforted. I’m sorry to say that life is not easy, but in the end, if we abide in Him, it will be well worth it.

He said in Jeremiah 29:11,”For I know the plans I have for you,” says The Lord. “Plans to bless you and not to harm you. To give you a hope and a future.” I get it that it’s hard to have faith under trial. When I was young, I was hornier than a rooster in the hen house. All of the girls I went for went with other guys, or weren’t interested in me. By the time I hit 45, I gave up on women altogether and realized that God must want me to remain single and celibate. It’s gotten easier over time, but I’m 57 now and I still struggle, myself, to see a reason to keep living. The best I can come up with is that, if He keeps us alive here, then there must be a reason unbeknownst to us and we gotta either keep pushing on or just give up and die. It’s my hope that, for you and I both, we’ll keep pushing on. Only God knows the end of our story. Let’s keep trying. There may be a blessing for you so great for you in your future which you wouldn’t believe even if it were told to you in advance.

He’s been gone over 9 now. I don’t want to wake up each day. Each night, I ask God to end my life, yet each morning I still wake and I wake angry because I’m still here. The only thing I can come up with is that He’s not a cruel Master to keep us here against our will. There must be something better. If not, then we’re doomed. Therefore, I’ll cling to God. It’s not easy, but He’s all we have.

JESUS thought us to pray to God not to him and to end our prayers asking God to accept our prayer in Jesus name because he is the only way between man kind & God . Jesus also said that he let the mankind knew God Name ! So God has a name that no one mentioning it . He also prayed to God asking him for help . Jesus never said he was God, he said he was the son of god, that´s the main reason he was crucified. I think he said that because his mother was Mary and his father was no man but God's spirit. Sorry to disagre, but I've been searching for a long time to understand who Jesus really was. For sure he is the Messiah, no dout about that. I really like this! Not the name calling, that would condemn someone to burn though. I think there were some, sayings of Jesus that were miss interpreted as well, like that one. To me, it implies that, hating your, "brother" or "sister" who share the same, "spark" of life can be more easily reconciled, then thinking that someone is just completely stupid, because at least there is some respect in the, "former." I have tried to comprehend the love that Jesus had/has for me. But I grew up without love. Real love. That unconditional love that children get from their parents. My father loved me but he died when I was 8 years old and my mother loathed me. I am trying to understand what the love feels like but I have yet to find the right definition.

He said in Jeremiah 29:11,”For I know the plans I have for you,” says The Lord. “Plans to bless you and not to harm you. To give you a hope and a future.” I get it that it’s hard to have faith under trial. When I was young, I was hornier than a rooster in the hen house. All of the girls I went for went with other guys, or weren’t interested in me. By the time I hit 45, I gave up on women altogether and realized that God must want me to remain single and celibate. It’s gotten easier over time, but I’m 57 now and I still struggle, myself, to see a reason to keep living. The best I can come up with is that, if He keeps us alive here, then there must be a reason unbeknownst to us and we gotta either keep pushing on or just give up and die. It’s my hope that, for you and I both, we’ll keep pushing on. Only God knows the end of our story. Let’s keep trying. There may be a blessing for you so great for you in your future which you wouldn’t believe even if it were told to you in advance.

He’s been gone over 9 now. I don’t want to wake up each day. Each night, I ask God to end my life, yet each morning I still wake and I wake angry because I’m still here. The only thing I can come up with is that He’s not a cruel Master to keep us here against our will. There must be something better. If not, then we’re doomed. Therefore, I’ll cling to God. Jesus never said he was God, he said he was the son of god, that´s the main reason he was crucified. I think he said that because his mother was Mary and his father was no man but God's spirit. Sorry to disagre, but I've been searching for a long time to understand who Jesus really was. For sure he is the Messiah, no dout about that. But most of the time he referred to himself as Son of Man, mentioned in Daniel 7:13. Many more things the Son has done, that all books of world could not contain them, many things must remain hidden until the time, what truly is the price that got paid, perhaps it has not yet been revealed. Eternity will work out as known, but for short time this world falls into darkness, hold to hope, faith and charity through great tribulations.
Jesus WAS the almighty God in a very remote past. The only difference from before is that He is now like a normal man since He FORSOOK his power. The almighty God therefore is ONLY in that past and therefore "no one ever saw God". However, from that past God is able to REACH US here in the LIMITED FORM of a spirit "God is a spirit". For example when you have someone on the phone, you can say that he is present in your room "in the limited form of a spirit" since you can talk to him, but you cannot touch him: he is absent. It's a kind of workaround since the almighty God cannot be directly here "the world has not known you".
In you Jesus I trust. Jesus is Immanuel, the Messiah, Hosanna, and Jesus Christ. He has many names. He's not crooked, he's straight. If he was crooked it would be alright too.
