I'm worried that owning the token doesn't make you an owner of any assets like in REIT. I'm worried that this is just a promise to distribute 25% of income to owners of $MREIT. So it's based on trust and there is no legal obligation to do that. This is way less safe than just having a publicly traded company. Owners here have almost no risk whilst token owners risk everything.
