Legit paperwork is out and anyone can obtain it from the Freedom of Information act. Paperwork directly from CPD with Javon Boyd's VIN number and surveillance evidence that can't be faked. Unfortunately he told (unless CPD is straight up lying which is definitely possible) and made many statements like who murdered who and the events that lead up to it which were transcribed by CPD but then he refused to write or record and sign them himself and then wouldn't take the stand which is why he wasn't quoted in the trial paperwork but is in the discovery. If you don't believe me then request it yourself from CPD through the FOIA and you'll see for yourself. So either Tay did snitch and take it back, or CPD is dirty as hell lying like that to try and get Rondo and Cdai to plead guilty

What I'm talking about is the discovery paperwork that involves everything about the case wether it was used in the trial or not. Accoring to CPD Tay told everything leading up to the murder and the murder and they state specifically what Tay said but he refused to sign it or take the stand. Don't take it from me go get the paperwork yourself it's public information anyone can get it. It's up to you wether you think CPD or Tay is lying. Like I said CPD does dirty shit to get easier guilty pleas so it's possible they did it to try and make Rondo and Cdai plead guilty knowing it would never stick in court but that's what's on the discovery
