I can't believe I answered "Two blind brothers" for #10! But I did😂! These are definitely great riddles! Thank you so much for posting them and giving my little gray cells a terrific workout! 👍🤭🤯😄🤓🐸🤗💯
@Mel Stiller, thank you so much for your kind words! 👍💯😊🤓🐸😄

You're very welcome, very welcome indeed! 👍😄🤓🐸🤗💯

Thank you, @Cutie pie of minecraft! I'll see you again on @English Tests and Logical Reasoning.
But eyes see each other when I stare at a mirror the riddle was incorrect
I got 3 right answers.
Onion
Paper
Century
Nice one, Assylina! 👍
6/10 Some of the riddles have multiple answer - but thanks for the quiz!
@Devils Advocate, your score was great! 👍 Thanks for watching! 🤗
Tenant
#10 should be opposite sides of the BRIDGE.
Road makes no sense
The leopard riddle should actually be a joke,right?
it is though, it's way more of a joke than a riddle
Yeah, it should be.
Yeah, that is way too much out of the box for a riddle! Funny though...
Some of these are a real stretch.
Got 8 correct🙏
Great job, Sandra Casseer! 🤗👍
I thought the second answer was tastiest
I only got 3 correct but I feel so proud!!! I love these, more please.
Nice one, Sandra Stone! 😊👍
@@englishtestsandlogic I got several right but not all like paper isn’t really alive it may remain in tact but not live for example it’s an inanimate object or am I over thinking it
@Mel B, nice one! 😊👍
Riddle #9 has many correct answers such as 20 years, 999 years, etc.
A more interesting question could be what's longer than an eon but shorter than a decade? The correct answer would be a year because the word year has 4 letters, which is longer than eon with three letters, but shorter than decade which is 6 letters
@@daforkgaming3320 🤔nice🤔
I think they mean word length. Eg century.
ALREADY SPOTTED
Fun again

Great job, TheGreatGamer! 💯👍
I answer all the quetions correctly
Well done, Ferdinand Soto! 💯🤗👍
#7 Not always true. This is often incorrect with lights that have two switches.
I thought it was hour hand
@@breadmusic1 That was my first guess, but I realized that with a 12 hour clock, the hand is up twice a day - once during the day and once at night. And then even with a 24 hour clock, it points up at night and down in the day.
A light switch . Meaning one .
@@christopherjacobs654 The single light switch can be on a circuit with more than one light switch.
@@laurendoe168 True . Hall way and stairway switches are often installed that way. However , in this riddle . It refers to a single switch . But your point is valid .
Aaahh, word play...kind of a riddle I guess, 10/10... thanks!
Excellent job, Geoffrey Gushue! 💯😊👍 Thanks for watching!
@@englishtestsandlogic When the nuns teach...really hard to forget! And, I talking about nuns from the sixties...you only get it wrong...once.

Nice one, Christian! 😍👍
Good afternoon to all from SE Louisiana 18 Jul 22.
5/10 hope I can do better next time
#8 I said bird Do I still get a point
Can someone explain 10) to a non-English speaker? Is the distance between 2 eyes called a 'road', or is their something called 'eyes' in traffic? Or is 'road' just a metaphor for having distance that is needlessly confusing?
I am a native English speaker and I don't get it either.
I have never heard of eyes being called brothers or my nose being called a road.
My answers...
1) onion,
2) teapot,
3) headroom (safety zone allowing transient audio peaks to exceed the nominal level without damaging the system or the audio signal), also Smurfs will fail at this :)
4) I failed that one,
5) cu,
6) always spotted,
7) light switch,
8) a penny, but yeah, it could be many things not impacted by a fall that are water soluble,
9) century. How is this a riddle?
10) like many people; I don't get that one?
Nice one, Bastiaan0741.😊👍
HANDSOME

I don’t get number 10? 🤷🏼♀️
Another excellent quiz but I am not good at riddles. I need more practice 😁🤓🥸😆😜

6/10 i need to improve
@Nighat Karamat,
That's okay...keep trying, and you will eventually get a perfect score! Always remember that an expert was once a novice at some point.
Roses are red, violets are blue, we have clued that is a book 😅
What a great quiz, though I score just 5😥
Well done, Evelyn Ugochukwu! 😊👍
There's always room for improvement.

#1 Peeling an onion doesn't make you cry .. it should be 'Cut me, I won't cry, but you will'
#10 ''NEVER see each other'' .. What about when we look in a mirror ?
I got 7/10 though.
Nice one, MrMousley! 🤗👍
In the riddle 8, I thought the answer was a cat
Because a cat can survive after falling from a tall building, but hates water
I have a couple of switches that can be operated from 2 rooms - they can operate either way - just saying 🙃
7/10 still need to work on these! Thanks for the brain exercise 💜
Good job, Moyra Wallace! 😊👍
Thanks for watching!
@Moyra Wallace --
These are really good riddles, don't you think? They're not the easiest to figure out, but they're definitely worth the extra effort. I never considered "Eyes" for #10, so I could only imagine two blind brothers standing on opposite sides of the street... You had a great score for 10 not-so-easy riddles. Congratulations, Moyra!
@@melstiller8561 thanks - I think one has to be in a certain state of mind to see the clues! I am a work in progress 💜
@@moyrawallace5895 --
So am I, Moyra! A work in progress is the best kind: it engenders improvement, growth, and hope. Besides, perfection is terribly overrated...and very boring! 😄
@@melstiller8561 👍
I got 4/10. :( the only ones I got were 1, 2, 3,(I thought it was way too easy at this point but regretted it) and 9.
@Ethan...your score wasn't bad.👍
@@englishtestsandlogic thanks.
@Ethan, you're most welcome! 😊
#2 - Teat :D

Because they are always spotted
3
A century.
@Todd Larson, correct! 👍
Onion
Paper doesn’t have life so how can it die? I think a bird may have been a better answer. And two brothers on opposite sides of the road would have been better if they were blind not eyes.

MUSHROOM

But i learned eve darker z
@Brenda, thanks for participating! 🙏
I only got 1.. And it's #9
For the thumbnail wouldn't it be a century?
@Snagonz Gaming, "century" is certainly the right answer! 🤗👍
Couldn't a leopard be 'spotted' while successfully escaping? And how does paper 'die'?
Paper dies?
Eyes = brothers and my nose is a road?
Those are weird riddles.
Instead of best of luck , it should be best of knowledge
we are jugding knowledge and luck has nothing to do with it.
I got 7 right. I missed #4 #8 & #9
@Sandy R-w, your score was great! 😊👍
I have spaceroom instead of mushroom 😂 it also has no doors or windows either.
Nice one, Gina Gina! 👍🤓🤣🤣
My answer was "virtual room"...
SWITCH
Answer is bird
Me:I wish I the two brothers can see each other for one minute!
My brain: go to the mirror 🪞
Riddle 8: why did i say an enderman from Minecraft
The onion riddle exists in an Old English version. I got all of them. Is that good?
Great job, Joanna! 🤗💯👍
In question nine there is also score which is 20 years, so there are two possible answers.
I got only 4😅😅 but its fun and im exciting please do more 😇😇
Me 2
Well done, Juliana! 🤗👍
Stay tuned for more...
Hmm i was able to answer two questions
First and the last question 😂
@Nanman Joel, that's not too bad.
Remember that, there's always room for improvement.😊👍
Paper
Please, explain to me the meaning of riddle 6.
It's more of a joke...
Their fur is spotted = has dots; but "spotted" also means you have discovered something / someone = you always see them
A MUSHROOM IS NOT A ROOM. IT IS A WORD, OR NAME. Paper cannot die.
Paper isn't a living thing so how can it die? I thought riddles were supposed to make more sense when you try more of them but my head is always tied in a knot.
Some of these belong on a Laffy taffy wrapper
#3: broom
Oh that's gold!

some of these "riddles" are just jokes. "what kind of room has no doors or windows? a mushroom" isnt really a true, a mushroom isnt a room, its just a joke
@Weirdland, do you know the actual meaning of riddles?
@@englishtestsandlogic the definition of a riddle is "a question or statement intentionally phrased so as to require ingenuity in ascertaining its answer or meaning, typically presented as a game" so basicaly riddles are statements that require logic to understand. according to what logic is a mushroom anykind of room. just because a mushroom has "room" in it, doesnt make it a room, like say, a bedroom.
@@weirdland4902 it’s a riddle, literally get over it....
@@xxmaiyagacha13xx81 nah, i dont see how a play of words like the mushroom thing counts as a riddle. riddles are logical, the mushroom thing follows no logic except being a play of words, therefore not a riddle. most of the other ones are fine but the mushroom one is just stupid.
@@weirdland4902 Think outside the box for many of these riddles! No. 6 actually is a joke (spotted leopards)
