Wild-eyed, having not slept in days, Luke stands before Jane and Andy. His hands tremble as he raises the pistol with a single silver bullet. His shattered mind doesn't seem to register Jane's 8-foot tall, shaggy furred visage "WHICH ONE OF YOU IS IT?!" He shrieks as Andy lazily checks his phone and Jane gnaws on what remains of Mike's vertebrae
I have to give it to Jane, she *really* got to Luke's head there despite not even trying to pretend to be the healer, pretty much condemning herself to death by fire. But then, so did Andy a few rounds earlier. So either Luke is easy to get to, or he was feeling *very* guilty for falling for Andy's act, and arbitrarily didn't want to believe him lol
@@mar_speedman The funniest thing about the second round with Andy was that he wasn't even subtle about being the werewolf and hense why Lolies didn't fall for it. He knew by accusing Jane (who already said in the first round that she suspected Andy and would probably come for him next and it eliminates one of the two people left who knows him the best), he only needed one more vote in addition to his to win. Qrst Oner The Onion once did an article called “Cinnamon Roll Too Good for This World, Too Pure’” and then a lot of people used the heading to describe especially good people in their eyes. Hope that helps.
Man the last round was really intense. Now don’t get me wrong, I love Luke. But I have to say - Dear how could you not tell that Jane was the werewolf in the last round? Specially considering that it was already proven that Andy was the healer since the first cycle of that round. There was no doubt about that. If he wasn’t the healer everyone had the chance to refuse his claims in the beginning by saying they were the real healer instead but no one did. And no one could’ve said that Lolies was the healer and she died so Andy can safely claim to be the healer because Lolies was proven to be the Hunter. And she randomly chose to hit Mike who was saved by the healer who was Andy. If Andy wasn’t the healer, the actual healer would’ve come out and rebuffed his claim. They had no reason to hide at that point. Which means no one else but Andy was the healer. But regardless the last round would’ve never been this interesting and fun without it. I’m looking forward to more of these mind melting adventures.
I mean, they're live streaming, they're playing not watching, and they'd already played several rounds. All of those things make you brain tired and make it hard to remember what's happening a
See, I don't know that is was proven. In Jane's shoes I would have said the Mike was the healer, and he protected himself in the first round but didn't come out so he wouldn't be targeted. Since Andy knew Mike was attacked due to the x-bow bolt, Andy could have been a lying wolf.
Part of it had to do with how well andy pulled off his triple bluff in the second round. Jane used that as proof that andy could be extremely convincing, plus she used mind games to target luke's feeling of guilt. She just broke him.
Nick deJager Why wouldn’t Mike come out if he was the healer? The healer could keep healing themselves which is how Andy survived the previous round. 2 cycles went without anyone dying because of the healer protecting themselves in that earlier round. Mike could’ve done the same. He had no reason to admit that ‘yes I also Believe Andy is the healer and saved me from loiles cross bow’. Not to mention if you are the healer and you let someone else claim that instead, you are most definitely going to lose. Because In the later cycles no one would believe you. Simply Because Why were you quiet all this time, you must be the werewolf. They would faster hang or burn you instead. And considering everyone but the hunter was alive in cycle 1 and no one spoke against Andy’s claim of being a healer. It was clear that he was telling the truth. The only reason for Luke taking so long was getting thoroughly guilt ridden by Jane. She did a great job in mind breaking Luke and almost won the round for the effort. Luke was making decisions by heart but gave in eventually.
Stephanie Rideout I agree but the same goes for Jane and Andy. Andy knew it was Jane. Jane knew she was a goner. She literally did the ‘I’m so dead in the morning’ expression when Johnny asked her who she would like kill in night 2. But I do understand live streaming is stressful and Luke also let himself being guilt ridden by Jane for making the wrong decision in round 2 where Andy the werewolf won. So yes that does make sense why he was scared of making the wrong decision again. And ironically the choice was between Andy and Jane again with situation reversed. Which made it more difficult.
I empathize with Luke's Death by analysis. Andy argues convincingly when a werewolf, and lets the evidence speak when not. Jane makes the same sort of emotional appeals either way.
The 40K bit was funny, mostly because the inquisitor didn't just immediately nuke the village. Astronomical collateral damage is the spice of life in the grim, dark future, after all. Virus bombs away.
Also: Caught that Space Wolves ref. An Inquisitor WOULD say that. (Space Wolves are one of the few faction that seem uncomfortable, at times, with Inquisitorial culling/processing. They are also secret werewolves. Sorta like the Blood Angels are secret vampires. They need to try better at hiding this stuff. Same goes for the secretive Dark Angels, with their dark secret.)
A lot of fun again. We've played where the Hunter uses a wolf's fang dagger (the only thing that can kill a werewolf besides silver) so that no-one knows if the victim was killed by the hunter or a werewolf. Two deaths, but which was which, and the survivors have to figure it out (and the wolves can try to spin it).
Andy: There's a bomb hidden in Michelangelo's David... It's canon now? Also no one should feel bad for accusing anyone in werewolf court. No one is innocent, an innocent person before the court is guilty of wasting the courts time... Guilty

It's true. This stream and the last she usually called out at least *a* werewolf within the first round. She's either super lucky or extremely perceptive, and I'm leaning towards the latter.
@@johnspence234 maybe, but considering she accused Ellen during that games first round without any evidence and got it correct just seems very suspicious

Edit: I really enjoy just listening to these the first time through and then watching everyone's faces and whatnot the second time through. 2nd Edit: 48:55 Omg, I just noticed Ellen's duck plushy! We can always count on her for appropriately themed plushies.
Wow, Johnny just keeps giving Andy away. He mixes up Andy with Ellen as the accused. On the third night he says everyone is safe EXCEPT Andy, because of course he's safe as the werewolf. And he STILL came out on top! Bravo!
So this game has taught me that with Mike and Andy, one is always a werewolf and the other is dead, even if both or neither of them are werewolves. Losies is always the hunter, even if there isn't one, and someday I think Luke needs to DM an oxventure just to see what that will be like.
I haven't witnessed anything this intense in a long while. poor Luke, this must have been dreadful. Andy, your werewolf-win was amazing and generally, you all played fantastically a thrilling ride and absolute joy to watch!
The most fun variant I know is called the Harvest festival. Long story short, alcohol is plentiful and the attributes of each role are modified, limited or even randomized.
Oh Luke. So pure, so naive and so easy to trust others. And now I can always see Andy rolling on his bed and wondering why would everyone on his crew want to kill him😂
When Luke said, "we didn't find out THAT Mike is a werewolf" instead of "IF mike was a werewolf." And the fact that Lolies barely spoke in that round but everyone knows she is the next werewolf hunter. I'm kind of surprised that they won to be honest.
Ok, I have to watch this back. That last round forced the rest of the stream out of my brain space... Maybe after a soothing cup of tea.... Or something stronger.... yeah definitely something stronger. Hold on to your butts.
Bravo overall. Real intense. Here’s just a little tip on how the last day could have been less stressful, just by knowing everyone is alive. As Jane denied being the healer and Andy claimed to have healed Luke. If Jane did suddenly flip and say she was the healer, then that would put her under immediate suspicion, as if she was actually the healer, she would have no reason to deny as late as she did in the game. The werewolf can’t just not attack on the last night, so that fact is a big pointer that the healer was still in the game. In the previous round, Jane could have raised the idea that Andy was the werewolf by saying that Mike was the healer and saved himself first, as Mike was dead by that point and couldn’t say that’s false, but the last day makes it all obvious with all being alive. The last day was either going to be a werewolf win or strong undeniable evidence against Jane. Huge fan, and good job for playing real tricksy everyone. (Lemme know if I mixed up my logic, I’m typing this out at 2am haha)
On a side note for the Luke/Lolies round. There were some clues there that could have led them on the right track if they had picked them up. Luke claimed to be a very quiet and methodical werewolf in the second round as evidence as to why it wasn’t him (another reason why Luke was innocent last day last round and all evidence was on Jane), and continued to play exactly like that for the majority of the third round. I believe there was also a bit where accusations were flying around and Luke was about to begin a sentence about the werewolf’s with “we” before cutting himself off. There is also the accusation round where the only people who didn’t vote were both the werewolf’s, perchance to keep quiet and not risk being outed as suspicious in the open vote, but that’s more coincidence than connection. But honestly they played brilliantly and only dropped crumbs to push people in the wrong direction.
@Samuel Maynard Although I haven't read through all of your comment, I commend you greatly on being able to follow these incredibly difficult loops of logic 😂
Samuel Maynard That logic wouldn’t work because Mike admitted to not being the healer and said he believed Andy was the healer and saved him from the crossbow. If he was the healer himself, he would never agree on the notion initially, that Andy was the healer. But he did. So if Jane had said Mike was the healer, Andy could counteract that if he was, he wouldn’t have agreed even for a second that I was the healer. But Mike literally said I believed Andy was the healer until he accused me. A healer would never say that. So Mike couldn’t have been the healer. It became obvious when Mike died that Jane was the werewolf because Andy was the healer and Luke was far to stressed to be werewolf. It only took so long because Luke was playing the game driven by heart not by mind.
I like that Ellen just goes AFK for a minute and comes back with some object linked to the village. And what a good looking bunch of 30-something, even in low resolution.
Third round (40K Swan Emperor): the villagers turning on each other with the werewolves keeping a relatively low profile, that's how I remember playing this game...

Qrst Oner The Onion once did an article called “Cinnamon Roll Too Good for This World, Too Pure’” and then a lot of people used the heading to describe especially good people in their eyes. Hope that helps.
The fact that Luke actually went to the technical difficulty screen is so perfect.
Absolutely love that the Oxventurers can derail Johnny at literally any game.
27:30 Johnny hiding their giggles from Luke being adorably hilarious, priceless!
Colony status: Unimportant
Action: EXTERMINATUS
Confirm order received.
The spice must flow
Did someone ask for an Exterminatus?
Reminds me of when they played a Werewolf clone on Alfabusa's channel. So glad to see 40K references
on Oxbox, Lollies was the MVP, here Andy was. GG's to everyone
That hidden Jane in the thumbnail made me laugh really hard.
The Mexican standoff between Jane, Andy and Luke. AWOOOOOOO
Lolies just sat watching the chaos unfold in that final round like "I'm dead but this is funny"
Love how much Luke makes Johnny laugh, he’s like a giggling school girl around him
The baller move at the end should have been Jane killing herself as the werewolf and leaving the remaining humans to tear themselves apart.
I thought Luke was going to have a nervous breakdown before the end of this. For God sake man have a brandy!
Only when in SPAAAACEE!
Andy: There's a bomb hidden in Michelangelo's David...
It's canon now?
Also no one should feel bad for accusing anyone in werewolf court. No one is innocent, an innocent person before the court is guilty of wasting the courts time... Guilty
Today is the sixth anniversary of my dad’s passing and obviously a very tough day for me. This stream helped bring so levity to my day and helped me forget for a time. I thank you all for all that you do and have been doing in these trying times to help me and many others forget about all the crappy things going on in our lives.
I’m sorry to hear it Tom. I’m glad we could help even just the tiniest bit. It must be a tough day. ❤️
Alexandra Lolies thank you Alex.
I love seeing Ellen schooling her expression behind stuff constantly
Game 2 spoilers:
Johnny let's slip that Andy's the wolf. Andy still wins?
Given its Johnny, they probably just assumed it was a standard tongue slip....which it was, but not for why they think 😁
To be fair, they just accused Andy before switching to Ellen. So it could be called an easy mistake by him.
They did argue whether to accuse Andy or Ellen. First Ellen was accused, and then someone mentioned Andy. Easy mistake to make.
Lollies is definitely a psychic.
It's true. This stream and the last she usually called out at least *a* werewolf within the first round. She's either super lucky or extremely perceptive, and I'm leaning towards the latter.
She was the only one that sat and observed the other players, for the most part, during discussion periods.
Either that or she's cheating by watching the stream on her phone and looking at it during the night portion to see who's who
@@danielrigby9786 I doubt it. Plus I think there's a 20 second delay so it would be hard for her to do without being suspicious
@@johnspence234 maybe, but considering she accused Ellen during that games first round without any evidence and got it correct just seems very suspicious
And We thought jane behind luke was just a simple joke in the thumbnail, luke was barely held together at the end..get well soon luke lol
The hair development throughout the last round is on par with Prince Zuko.
@@jothamfunclara5135 hahah so true😂😂
He deserved it! If I was Luke I'd never sleep again... Jane will have her revenge Luke!!!!!
I love how tough-GM Johnny comes out when he's on his own turf!
And low, from the future....
Was great as i just caught up on real time, saw the prep vids, and it dropped next day
So how did you like Blades in the Dark?
When they were making the joke about using the goose as a coup de gras, how did no one make a 'Coup de foie gras' joke?
mike rightfully figures out it's luke and lolies, dies being wrongfully accused, and i close the window in a quiet rage.
I felt so bad for Mike in this stream. Poor guy can't get a break.
I haven't witnessed anything this intense in a long while.
poor Luke, this must have been dreadful.
Andy, your werewolf-win was amazing
and generally, you all played fantastically
a thrilling ride and absolute joy to watch!
I love it when Johnny brings in random animal facts like swans are strong enough to break your bones 😂
I love how they forget Andy cannot be the werewolf because he healed Mike's crossbow bolt wound.
The most fun variant I know is called the Harvest festival. Long story short, alcohol is plentiful and the attributes of each role are modified, limited or even randomized.
Now THAT was intense. It had been a long time since I had screamed out loud in delight and horror throughout that. Whoosh.
Oh Luke. So pure, so naive and so easy to trust others. And now I can always see Andy rolling on his bed and wondering why would everyone on his crew want to kill him😂
I thought this was last week's stream until I triple checked the date. This series is great please keep doing them!!!!

"If a duck and a werewolf love eachother very much..." ❤️❤️❤️
When Luke said, "we didn't find out THAT Mike is a werewolf" instead of "IF mike was a werewolf." And the fact that Lolies barely spoke in that round but everyone knows she is the next werewolf hunter. I'm kind of surprised that they won to be honest.
Ok, I have to watch this back. That last round forced the rest of the stream out of my brain space... Maybe after a soothing cup of tea....
Or something stronger.... yeah definitely something stronger.
Hold on to your butts.
50 SHOTS OF CROSSBOW BOLT??
COVERED WITH MUSTARD??
NOT EVEN A SILVER TIP??
That werewolf surely learned her/their lesson
PTSD for life
Bravo overall.
Jane's wearing a Teen Wolf jacket. I think I might have a guess who it is.
Stream starts at 1:40
Really loved this! Hope you do this more!
By God, the French Revolution was *intense.* Great gameplay from everyone, especially Andy, Jane, and Luke.
Third round (40K Swan Emperor): the villagers turning on each other with the werewolves keeping a relatively low profile, that's how I remember playing this game...
That was so intense. Great game and also Johnny in his role is amazing, so subtle but at the same time he is controlling the pace of the game so perfectly that it makes the viewer feel like it's part of the table.
I come back at least once a year to binge-watch all of these. Gosh, those streams were (and still are) some of the best content of all channels involved.
Once again, Andy and Jane are intense towards and regarding each other
'It's the Triple Bluff! The Double Bluff is too basic for you!" Those are some serious friendship goals.
Yeah! I thought it couldn’t get more crazy than the old heal-murder flip last time but this time with the triple bluff? The last round? Brilliant
@@wuwupyon Between Jane's 4D Machiavellian chess and Andy's triple bluff, it's no wonder poor Luke practically ended up having an existential crisis...Oxbox are hardcore (which is also why Mike and Jane teamed up to straight up murder Andy in the first round. No mercy).
Well all three are like brothers and sister due to how long they’ve known each other 🙂 So they’re bound to jokily want to kill each other
@@21psawyer 45:44
that last round was so intense, i didn't know which way it was going to go
I just love the 2.00.00 mark where Jane's trying to convince Luke that he's the werewolf.
jane and ellen are so damn adorable.....all of you guys always make the day better, so thank you
They really are
Man, Alex is a pro at this. Next time she should be the DM. It's gonna make it even more interesting. #NerfLolies 😂
Good god damn I love these streams. I loved the first one, and adding the second werewolf in this one made the game so much more tense and fun.
Also Terrible Jake sexily disrobing after beating people to death with his wings had me cackling.
This is by far my favorite time that the OX teams have played a boardgame because of in the end the fact that you can truly see the raw emotions on Luke's face near the end when he can't tell if it's Andy or Lollies just the pure frustration and apprehensive doubt turning to anguish and self doubt before being completely broke ken because of what his choice caused
This group should definitely play The Thing: Infection at Outpost 31.
Andy: "I stab Robespierre in the bathtub."
Johnny: "You stab Robespierre in the bathtub,..."
... then you climb out, dry off, put on some clothes and sneak away into the night.
These are really fun! I hope they continue to do these. They could do different settings with different types of villains. I am really glad I stumbled across these channels!
The Lusty Woodsman is my favorite Andy bit!
those last 2 games were insane! great job all around
I loved watching the first one and this one because it's great to see how their skills evolve over each round...
Ah my two greatest loves, ducks and 40k! Love this channel.
These type of games make the best videos, please do more. The Battlestar Galactica board game is also amazing for this, really worth a try if you’ve never played it
Andy is such a super villian that he puts people to death with no information
Genuinely one of the best live streams I've ever seen. Outstanding stuff from every single one of you. And to echo many more here, would love to see these as an occasional series.
I'm eally looking forward to seeing you guys play Vampire the Masquerade
They finally did! It's on Oxbox for Hallowstream.
Great streams guys. It is a testament to how entertaining you all are that you can get such fun and dramatic games out of only 6 players.
Was I the only one super happy about the return of Andy's lusty woodsman voice?
1:03:35 love how Johnny sounds exactly like the type of monotone announcement you'd expect to hear in a terrible futuristic imperium here
So far Luke is the best player. He uses his honest face to stir it up and nobody goes after him. Well played Mr Westaway.
The only thing missing from this is Johnny telling everyone to 'go to bed!'
Or was that strictly an EG thing?
This video is even better when you're trying to play along and find out who the werewolves are.
Don't hesitate to make more of those in the future guys, it's just great!
I know of a super secret variant of the game. The variant is called the Plague and there is no werewolf. The game master is the one killing characters and the goal is to wonder after how many rounds the players will sense something is off.
for the swan-emperor I subscribe
I absolutely feel for Jane because I too am a constantly confused individual which makes me appear horribly guilty all the time. That has lead me to be more trusting of confused people. I saw Jane bumbling her defense and if I hadn't known that she was guilty, I would've trusted her immedietly. End the stigma that confused people are werewolves!
