it's not possible to do these completely stealthy. they spot you every time

Go slowly, and look around. Don't move into anyone's sightline. Each of the three areas have dedicated RDA. Note them all so you can tell if they're looking at you or not. Take your time.

ive activated everything & everyone is dead but nothing is happening

If youve pulled all 3 levers or activated all stored hacks and nothing is happening then it must be a glitch.
