Thanks Steve this was unbelievably helpful for me as i'm recovering from a 4 year knee injury with numerous cartilage problems and i recently had my ACL reconstructed from my hamstring tendons, so I needed various hamstring exercises and this video was great, keep it up!!!!
I’m all about function. So when I do deadlifts, I choose a stance that will mimic a movement from my daily activities. For me, that’s the ‘conventional’ stance and double overhand grip. Imo, the most taxing, yet effective, approach to deadlifts.
Assuming that you are talking about the Anterior Cruciate Ligament, generally speaking yes. The ACL is an example of a passive knee stabiliser whilst the hamstring is an active knee stabiliser. If you have a deficit with your passive stability you should make up for it with active stability. However depending on when your surgery was, you need to a slow and progressive recovery program to return to sport/activity. Most atheltes in professional rugby take between 9 and 24 months before return to play. Speak to a sports orientated physio/physical therapist before you attempt a workout like this to ensure your knee health and safety and taken into account
You’ll need to learn calisthenics if you want to be relevant in fitness over the next 5-10 years, I’ll train you for free for 1 year. Let me know if you’re interested.

Steve I had a LCA surgery, do you think if i’m going to improve my hamstrings, will my knee get better?
Ronny Riccio most likely. This question is very complex though and you should consult with an expert to be certain
