They really did love each other you could see just by the way they look at each other .like Whitney said in her own words .We only have to look at one another. and we come out in sweats. that's how hot they were for one another. They got lost when the drugs started. but am in know doubt they loved each other so much . I think one day they will be together again. know doubt.

Whitney Houston sang backup for Dionne Warwick (her cousin), Luther Vandross, Chaka Khan, etc, she was mentored by her Mom, Cissy Houston, Aretha Franklin, grew up singing in the church choir, before her debut album, so it’s quite natural when you’re mentored in your youth that you do the same for the next generation...and she did (Brandy, Monica, TLC, Lauryn Hill, etc.). We all need to be mentored (receive) in our youth and remember to mentor (give back) in our adulthood. Mentoring is a hands-on experience - and Whitney gave freely.
If you watch their wedding video, he looks so young and the way he cries when he sees her is clear proof that they really loved each other!! Too bad everything got so screwed up. All lot of it was jealousy because when Whitney’s career exploded, he knew he would never be that famous and these aren’t my words. They’re straight from the Whitney movie.
