Oh, about drawing hands is a separate topic, it's just ... hard, uncomfortable and unusual to draw such a part of the body. Oooh, we decided to make hypnotic eyes, they did a good job, that's right in the best possible way and just for your character.

I really like how Hoshi is constantly moving to where it looks like it's an optical illusion. The mixture of black and white going across the screen makes it looks like an optical illusion that's constantly moving to confuse the viewer to seeing random things.
