Amerth is very good for diabetic . Wash , Crush and put it in water in the evening and drink the water in empty stomach in the morning . Iam using it. Don’t use continuously .( two inch piece is enough for one time .) . I like your vegetable Garden very well! I am a Garden lover too. But we live in NJ. Winter every thing comes inside . I have some of your plants like Amerth. Neam . Chenna plant ++. Good luck . It is a very good hobby
