I love the little edits that Robert does xD very good comedic timing, definitely well need! Thank you for that😅 Also.. I never thought to use pool noodles, what a great idea!!
I choose "standard shipping", enter a flat rate of $5.99, and then use pirate ship. Rarely do I lose money on shipping as the smaller items(bras) don't cost $5.99 to ship, whereas shoes cost a bit more. It all washes out and makes it simpler for my buyers and myself. ups ground saver is usually the cheapest and I drop them off at the Post office as it has a usps tracking number and my PO said it wasn't an issue. I have shipped hundreds of items this way with zero issue. I get boxes from my local dollar general. I sell mainly clothing and plus
I used to use Priority on everything over 1 lb. But with Ground Shipping I'm shipping 90 to 95% ground now. It was a learning curve to convert to buying boxes, but we actually save $$$ shipping ground even with having to buy the box. I use Grainger for the boxes, not sure if you have one nearby? I joined their Red Club for about $100 bucks a year and the shipping is free. So the membership paid for itself within 2 week for us. We ship out about 50+ a day. I was very hesitant to shift off of my priority free boxes, but I'm glad I made the change. My USPS sales person also pointed out that within your 1 and 2 zone the shipping time is exactly the same with ground.
We put in our first order to Grainger and will pick it up later this week. I'm hoping we can get the prime after this first order. Their prices were the best deal on the large qty I needed to order.
Yes change your shipping to Flat or Ground- ground is much cheaper for buyer. NONE of my buyers have selected Priority even though it is an option on all
Yeah, I bet the USPS is saving a bundle on Priority boxes. My buyers can choose priority if they want, but nobody does. Had to buy mug boxes and boxes for sport coats on my other account 'cus I can't bring myself to ship them in a bag. If anything has to go in a 12 x 12 x12, they are just going to have to pay priority.
Make the buyer open a return case. Having her follow eBay's procedure may save you on this one, in case there is os something hinky. but I agree with you rebel refund her the shipping she paid. Nice on the South Park Kenny!!!
Fantastic sales! Yep, I'm gonna make it to Nashville and/or St. Louis bins soon and challenge you to a " find big money plush" duel. I've learned a lot about plush...I think. 😅
Naw shipping really isn't that big of a factory. I make 2 or 3 dollars on almost every shipping sale and it hasn't slowed me down at all. Handling cost money. Gold state reseller taught me that, value your time.
I respond to almost all low offers with a counteroffer. I'm not sure if it helps in the algorithm or not, but I figure it can't hurt to send the counteroffer.
OH MY GOD! THEY SOLD KENNY!
lol!

He is very quick with the humor and his editing of the videos are definitely hilarious. Thanks!
I spent the first minute and 38 seconds admiring all the great stuff on Rebels wall. Usually they are not in focus!
I need to do a video! Thanks!
Robert missed a good moment to insert the song "Apple Bottom Jeans" by Flo-Rida. I was waiting for it! Great video, thanks for sharing your knowledge!
He did not know that one. I had to play it for him on RUclips.
No worries about the camera focus - gave me a chance to see the things on Rebel's wall! Have a superfantastic day!
Robert, you could have inserted Flo Rida's song "Apple bottom jeans, boots with the fur"...lol
Now that song is stuck in my head!!!😂😂😂
He didn't know the song. I played it for him.
😊After an extended period of technical difficulties and lack of internet I am happy to be back watching your videos. Thank you for all you do.
Thanks for watching!
Love the Kenny - what a find! Great job
Congrats on completing your inventory! Thanks for the video.

Yay, on the inventory
Definitely!

ps a #7 box (12 x 12 x 8) is about 90 cents, the small boxes range from 30 to 50 cents.

Thanks for sharing Rebel!
I’ve gotten to where I offer UPS Ground Saver. It saves a bunch on some items.

I changed my shipping to Ground Advantage a few weeks ago. I think it helped.
Hi rebel. I seen those Garfield figures at the thrift store. They wanted $6.00 each for them.
3 day weekend! Waiting for my motivation!
Get your lazy butt to work!

Get to work. I'm nicer than Robert.

@@TheRebelReseller yes SIR! I've been busy listing my drafts lol
@TheRebelReseller you would be proud of me, I'm all sweaty lol!
I use ground advantage for most items.
I’m watching I just keep forgetting to ❤❤❤
Thanks for watching!
I think you should give the customer her money back. It's good customer service. Although she did not follow the return rules you'll be a winner ❤.
I gave her a full refund of all the money she paid. She is only out what she paid to return the item to me.
Great sales!!! You're not the only one having motivation issues 😳✋🙄

They had already sent it back outside the return process. I got it back yesterday and refunded all of their money.
Yeah! Inventory done!
I’m also having motivation issues…
Good video.

Oohh, that would be so much fun!
I stopped offering returns for just that reason. I feel bad for you because it's a hard decision.
I have one of those brass ducks listed for a while. Maybe whoever bought yours might need another one 😂
How would you return anything if it’s not in the system for return?
She payed for the return shipping. I did give her a full refund.

Hey you two
Hi Sheri!
❤😊
When you get an offer but it is way lower than you will accept, do you respond to the offer (let them know you don't accept it) or just ignore?
I respond to almost all low offers with a counteroffer. I'm not sure if it helps in the algorithm or not, but I figure it can't hurt to send the counteroffer.
I have a lot of west coast sales 🤷🏻♀️
I wouldn’t refund return shipping, I’m not WM.
I went ahead and gave her a full refund, but did not reimburse the return shipping.
Go with your gut, but if she saw "buyer pays returns", she might have copied the receipt to show you tracking.
I offer free returns. I gave her a full refund.
How did you add a video to your listing? I do not see the option to add one.
I think you have to be on a PC- the phone app doesn’t have it
@@karentingler4937 thanks
I do it from my computer like @karentingler4937 said.
@@karentingler4937ridiculous a million dollar company can't add a simple feature to add videos
Do you ever counter offer?
If a buyer makes an offer that I don't want to accept, I always counter offer.
My sales on Mercari has been dead for 3 weeks!! Is anyone else experiencing this???
It's a shame that sales are so slow there. Some people say they do better on Mercari than eBay. I really wish it would pick up and stay steady.
@@TheRebelReseller, lol,, excited!! Just sold 3 items!! Finally 🥳 love your videos and thank you for sharing your knowledge!!
💜Id give the full refund on the return.
I did, thanks!
