- The large egg-shaped cooking device, known as the Big Green Egg, takes its inspiration from ancient ovens. I bought a “Large” green egg, and my only regret is that I didn’t buy an “XL” egg. It’s expensive, but worth every dollar spent.
I’d love to have a big green egg.
This is an ad. There’s literally no information that would be considered news worthy in this segment.
It's not meant to be a news story. It was a feel good piece.
I live in port Washington ny and my xl is 7 years old and I want to hire someone to change my gaskets and up grade to new bands , please help recomemnd someone thank you Arthur
They weigh a ton
someone should be charged with racketeering for this.
I've owned my BGE since 2005. Clean it, it'll cook great everytime.
Give credit where credit is due. They just ripped off this from Japan. Just about anyone who served on a military base in Japan had one of these. They were usually green sometimes orange and where called hibachi pots.
If you have a turkey.......well..
What a coincedence........
And desing
and pumkin pie....
Get going!!!.....
😊
XL owner here. It's a great cooker!
Product placement if I've seen it.
Overt marketing masquerading as subtle. 🤔 If green eggs and ham were written before this was released, I wouldn't be surprised if that was part of it. It does look like a convenient grill/smoker, however. When I finally get a place I'll put it in the list of grills to compare.
In part two of this segment they promote a new brand of backyard port a potties.
@@JustinCase780 I don't have access to over the air television anymore, so I actually have no way of telling if you're being serious or not(this popped up in my feed and I enjoyed the Sunday show as a teen). Either way, pretty funny comment. 💖
a weber 22 charcoal would serve you just fine and save you tons of money. you could buy 2 with a multitude of gadgets. and still save money.

Serena Altschul, WHY are you so Shy & Coy to show your face on CBS? You've been awesome since Music Television!
I come to CBS Sun. Morn. every week to watch them lie about politics with a straight face.
You've got green egg on your face, lol.
You need better hobbies.
Take your meds.
