I'm not sure if Bradford will be in rotation once Rangers get all their Starters back i.e Scherzer, deGrom, Jon Gray, Nathan Eovaldi & Dane Dunning. Also Andrew Heaney seems higher in the pecking order than Bradford.

Definitely not.
Garcia will eventually break out of his slump....look at his past 3 years production. Fry does not play everyday.
