The amount of animations being thrown at the boss during the pull is insane 😂. Love all the new animations added to classes, but this might be a bit of an issue in raid/large groups 😬
Yooooo if this doesn't see significant design changes from beta to live like we saw with a few DF bosses, this might be best Heroic boss ever material. Feels sorta Anduin meets Rashok. Heroic Anduin was absolutely goated, and somehow this looks even better. My one concern I guess is what about Mythic? This fight is already super chaotic. There's not a lot of room to add things. Will we just end up w/ another Raszageth situation where H Ras was arguably best H boss material (I know Max thinks it is) to the most godawful hellscape on Mythic.
I really hope for some reason it’s optimal to stack all the rifts on mythic, seeing reverse Raz p1 where everyone has to run away sounds hilarious. Jokes aside, I wish they would experiment with ways to make mechanics dangerous besides just damage. Dathea is a good example, her tank buster knocked you back further each time it hit which didn’t matter because basically every tank can cancel the knockback, but they could’ve conceivably made a tank buster that never increased in damage and would just fling you into the abyss eventually by just stunning you for a few seconds. Functionally it wouldn’t matter much but doing unique stuff like that makes the raids feel much less repetitive

From this preview, looks to be a possible 10/10 encounter ! Hope it is as fun as play as it looks.

I loved testing this fight, sadly in the pug i was in, we had quite a lot of melee "lul not my problem" having all the zones on the boss.

I was concerned this was going to be another Xyvex, or whoever boss 6 of castle nathria was, but this seems p cool and different.

This is beta testing. Class balancing doesn’t happen until the very end. In fact, even after raid releases Blizzard continues tuning specs.
