Nailed it! I realize the videos can only be so long but I'd love to see more tips and tricks on rock placement. That stuff always seems to get tossed into the timelapse montage. It's amazing what you guys can do with only a 12 inch drop!

DIY pond kit but also the best series of videos to train new employees of a water feature business! Hats off to Aquascape for continuing to give to their fans as well as their contractors.

00:18:45 I think my favourite part is that Greg Wittstock was there to supervise. 😉
The Crew did a fantastic job building that Pond, it looks great.
Your video has been given the 172th big 👍 up!
Thankyou very much for sharing more fantastic content. 👍😊❤️

Great description of doing the liner edges. The foam in those small gaps will big a big help for me to avoid putting too many gravel areas around the pond.

This will make a great winter series. I'm looking forward to the next one. Another trick to check waterlevels over a distance is with a garden hose with water in it.
    Keep up the great work.

I did one of your 8x11 pond kits about four years ago. I incorporated a stream just as you did, but made it a little shorter so I could get a larger pond. It was a challenge moving the larger boulders, but a great experience that I enjoy every day. Will be looking forward to what will be going on in the sand box throughout the winter.

Great series. Can't wait to see what else you guys come up with. Probably one of the most helpful and informative series yet. I don't have a sandbox to practice in, just a white board and doodles my husband can't understand lol. This is so helpful for me because as soon as it warms up outside I'll be working on a rec pond all by myself and it will be my first so I can't tell you how helpful this is to me. Thanks all of you for your love and passion and all the opportunities you take to bring us along.

It turned out great. Hate to see Cory go 😔...he reminds me so much of my youngest son. I have a tip for the DIY homeowner who is doing a pond around this size....I used an old milk crate and an old leaky wheelbarrow to wash my gravel down before I put it in the pond. Doing it that way also helps to find those little sharp boogers that accidentally get into a round gravel. It looks great y'all...God bless

A lot of great information and a really nice pond. The part I want to see is after you attach the liner to the biofalls. How do you finish the liner off up there. I've watched most of your vids and never saw that in any detail. Maybe you could show that at some point.

Very helpful video! Do the foam and silicone come with the kit? Good to see what tools we need to bring to the party. Will also need a sump pump after spraying down the rocks. It would have helped to see how you keep track of water level without a laser; would sight line strings help? Chalk lines on liner / rocks? If you had clips to secure the folds in the liner, when finishing the edges, you could do that step solo, yes? Sorry to see Cory leave (hope to see him on any Arizona projects)(Would even like to see Nick again on a Chicago project).

    I'm building a smaller pond
And I have a high side and a low side..
Of course the side closer to the house is higher because of drainage away from the house
    My question
To build up the low side to make the pond even level
I just build up dirt on the low side and pull the liner even...
    Then back fill??

Great Tips... but having done all kinds of rock work for the better part of my life, I Must add one tip they never mention or even demonstrate in any of these videos. Wear Gloves!! At 66 I am still able to get paid for playing music. Lucky for me, I have made an effort to take care of my hands when working with dirt, gravel, rocks and other abrasive materials. Arthritis is bad enough without helping it along... Make an effort to protect your skin, joints and bones! You will come to appreciate that in your later years.
