Cooking the bacon in a pan to about half-doneness before you assemble these will give you a crispier final product. Or, you could blowtorch them once the beef is up to temp to crisp up the bacon before you sauce and let them finish for another 5 minutes.

Ik weet niet wat het is maar Nederlandse bacon is het nooit helemaal. Heeft iemand tips?
Je maakt het zelf van een mooi stuk vlees van een kwaleitsras zoals Ducoc d'Olives, Duke of Berkshire, Menapii of Mangalitza. Dit droog pekelen of nat volgens de droog-pekel methode, koud roken en na het wat laten hangen in een koele geventileerde ruimte kan je er mooie bacon van snijden.

You're missing one ingredient! Taco flavor isn't Taco flavor unless you add Cilantro. Gotta have Cilantro. And cheese. Taco flavor has to have cheese. Lol.
