market size is very small in india for this sleeves. Most of the girls will prefer to buy a new dress&top for Rs1300-2900 than just buying a pair of sleeves in that amount. And also this sleeves are not appropriate for college, office etc.

To be honest, this doesn't look really scalable as a business. With detachable sleeves, how many products can you diverse with. Maybe with something for men but that's it. It'll just be clothing line with a detachable aspect to it.
And also like a country in India, will people actually wear this on a day to day basis? It'll just be a special occasion fashion.
