Paul, I spent a year with your Dad as my Pastor, at the Maybee Center in 1982? I loved your father's anointing SO much I often rushed up to tell him what a powerful message he'd preached!! He kept me on the edge of my seat - I hated when he'd watch the clock and stop too soon! I had a brother at Rhema, and another at Victory the yr b4 me, and your Dad still remembered him!!
There were many elders there I loved! Their pictures, w your parents, from bulletins are still in my Bible, had since 9.
And I loved your Mom's voice. I remember "It's Beginning to Rain", and my fav - " See His Glory Come Down". I could tell you many wonderful happenings there!!
I couldn't believe when I found out your Dad had died so young! And then I discovered YOU!
Your tribute is beautiful! but painful for me, w photos too. I've never known a preacher with a more beautiful spirit of Jesus' love - except YOU!! You are now the most gentle anointed one I know. He raised you so strong in the Lord! How your messages touch me where it's real! Like "Triumph over Trauma". When you had the altar call, I knelt at my bed, just today! in NH and wept. I will replay this one more and am sharing your messages!!
Victory was the best church for the Holy Presence of God I've ever known, since saved at 3, with revrant worship, and still is!! God bless Victory, and the church Home I miss!! Praise God for your whole family, and your Dad's legacy.

I am a mess watching this! I look after you as my elder brother and your parent as my parent. I never get tired of listening to your Dad especially your Mom. Coming from the Philippines 20 years ago, Victory will always be a part of me even though I live out of town. Since I’ve seen the church at the Mabee Center, I know Victory will always hold a special place in my heart. I know that because I am always challenged when I go to that place and I always leave that place changed with a newness in my spirit. I will be moving to California this month. Thank God I can still watch y’all on line! Pastor Paul, just looking at you, the staff, the volunteers, the growth of the church now on your watch, is an evidence of God’s Goodness!
