Wow. I'm going to have to watch this again tomorrow when I get up( it's about midnight and I saw this pop up) mind blown. How to incorporate this to simpler foods like a hamburger 🍔 😋 hmmm.😊
Hello again my friend. Yuppers the first time I watched this it was hard for me to process because of all of the possibilities. And NOT just for Mitchelin restaurants. Even a food trailer/food cart. Just like the size and shape of the plates & bowls but the size and shape of the box or whatever container it's served from. Perhaps a little messy deliberately to convey additional textures of the food. Like " finger licking good". This still blows my mind on how much better even a street type food can be by utilizing this way of plating. Organizing a child's box that works for the kid but is less messy and easy to eat out of making the mother have a better experience also. This encourages folks to want to come back again and again. Guess I can't eat their food. As mixing food is not friendly for my gut. I have to eat veggies first. Meat last.
