Yes you should absolutely setup these for your Google Workspace as well (even if you aren't hitting the minimum amount of sends) - Here's a good article on setting that up - dmarcly.com/blog/spf-dkim-dmarc-set-up-guide-for-g-suite-gmail-for-business
