మీ బంగాళా దుంప ఫ్రై బాగుంది. నిజమే ఎక్కువ ముక్కలు ఉన్నప్పుడు బాగా ముద్దగా అయ్యేది. ఒక్కో దుంప అలా ఉంటది (పిండి దుంప) ఎవరు చేసినా అలాంటి దుంప సరిగ్గా ఫ్రై రాదు అంటుంటారు చాలా మంది, కానీ మీరు చెప్పిన ఆ టిప్ చెప్పలేదు madam.
సింపుల్ ఐటమ్స్ అయినా కొన్ని చిన్న చిన్న టిప్స్ వలన ఐటమ్స్ perfect గా వస్థాయి, కదా.
అలా గోరువెచ్చని నీళ్ళల్లో ఉంచితే స్టార్చ్ పోయి ఫ్రై బాగా వస్తది అని ఎవరు చెప్పలేదు. Good Tip. I will try it.

Hi All, I tried it n it was super tasty n cripsy like my husband always wanted.. I also tried with more potatoes n it turned out softer so I took oil in pan n deep fried the soft potato fry n it turned out to be crispy.. just in case if anybody needs this info..
