you are an inspiration...i love how you were planning life and life F&%k up and after two years you now can take a deep breath, swollow your pain and move forward and prove that all is possible if you have faith in your self and thoughts ....well done..will watch this several times......because im counting on you making me braver.....
@NicolaatTheFrugalCottage Thank you, Nicola. Im will look into it. Im doing the no spend year after watching your video about it. Great advice you give us all xx
Well done Nicola. You are doing remarkably well and should very proud of your self. I have a small investment ISA that pays out £45 each month. It is not huge, I know, but supplements my pension. I use it for our summer holiday each year ( in our caravan). We have had some lovely trips ( in this country) . Here's to 2025!🎉
Fantastic achievement over the year, approximately £1,000 reinvested/cash into your ISA and seeing the growth on certain funds too. Well done, here's to your no buy ❤️
Well done Nicola I hope that content you create helps you to invest monthly. Would T212 not be more cost effective with no fees?. I would recommend Realty income as a good dividend stock it pays monthly as well if you can get it on your platform. Happy New Year.
Maybe, but I’d have to sell everything to transfer which doesn’t seem to be a good idea 😕 I’ll have a look at Realty income - thanks for the recommendation!
So glad to see these videos back Nicola. Of the 8 months that you did get some dividend income, there were only 3 where it was less than £100, and that's on par with what I had for 2024. I haven't been able to put much into my S&S ISA either, my mom passed away in May and I'm in the process of moving house with her (now my) little dog. Wish I could do a 'no spend' month but think I'll have to put that off for a while whilst I furnish the new house. On a brighter note, I have just been promoted at work and now earn around 15% more so that should help me be able to put a bit aside each month. I'm aiming to get just under £2000 total dividend income for 2025 which would be amazing, and come August I will have been investing for 5 years. Best of luck for 2025, onwards and upwards!
Hi Nicola, I'm an idiot because most of my life the thought of investing money just seemed beyond me. I'm also in my 60's so not that much time left. I have no idea why I thought like this. But since following you (a normal person, not a banker) this idea of investing seems so much more possible. I have said it before but you are an inspiration!!! Thank you.
Thanks, apart from you :) are there any RUclips channels that you recommend for financial advice? Basic level? Thanks if possible, no worries if you don't want to.
I think this is amazing. Not that I know how to do anything like this ❤
Thank you 💜
Would be interested to see how this relates to your holdings and your return on investment yield
Thank you. Perfect timing. I’m going to give this a go today. 😊
Amazing 💜
Bravo!! Progress is PROGRESS!!! Your consistency will payoff and growth will continue 🎉❤😊
Thank you! And here’s hoping 🤞
I love the daily figures , please keep them...
Will do ☺️
@NicolaatTheFrugalCottage thank you
Should take a look at some of the Gladstone monthly paying dividend stocks. Pay a nice yield and price is fairly stable
I shall have a look 🙂

I am going to look into this. Thank you for sharing. Is your money protected...or could you loose it? Xx
Your share value can go down, so it’s a long term thing. It can also go up! It’s why you need to research before starting ☺️

Do your payouts get reinvested? Any wins I get in premium bonds I reinvest ,
I do reinvest at the moment ☺️

I’m sorry to hear that; that must have been tough. And congratulations on the promotion 💜
