It's 1st person using mann- negation particle which attaches to personal pronouns. I am not in need of..literally. Haaje is need حاجة.
Ana manne I am not منّي
NiHna manna we are not منّا
Inta mannak u are not منَّك
Inte mannik u are not (fem) منِّك
Into mannkon u (plural) are not منكم
Huwwe manno he is not منّه
Hiyye manna she is not منها
Hinne mannon they are not منهم
You can replace mann- with mish as a simpler way to negate nouns and adjectives. You don't have to change it for each pronoun.
Alternitavely you can use the participle محتاج mihtèj from the verb to need احتاج iHtèj.
