@@nthistlethwaite especially the thinking out loud makes these videos great. Other live solves are mostly people not talking, where it is still impressive to watch them solve these puzzles that fast, but personally I do not learn much from that. Keep it up and good luck for the remaining competition!
Nice video! I made the same mistake with 5xing instead of 5xing with ?s in between. Sometimes it's hard to tell when the elf exposition ends and where the problem starts, but that's part of the fun in a way. Also, Day 8 isn't uploaded - did you mention something about not uploading that and I missed it?
Yeah, I never really know what the right balance of skimming the question is - whenever I get a wrong answer because I misread something I feel like I should've read more carefully, but it's hard to know how much reading more is worth when it costs leaderboard positions.
I think I briefly mentioned in the day 9 description but I have the video file for day 8, but it's at home on my PC and I'm away traveling right now, so it won't be uploaded until the 21st or so. (I tried to copy the file to a flash drive but I think the copy didn't finish because what's on the flash drive is corrupted)
