      Dropping the lbs and putting in muscle, strength is easy as long as you have a gym to workout at. What about those who don't have gym access? At home workouts,with very little weights to use, bodyweight workouts?

      His diet is why he is successful.
      90% of weight loss is diet.
      You can totally kill it in the gym and then overeat and stay fat.
      Too many super fat people think that going hardcore at the gym will help (it does, but nowhere near what the diet aspect can do). So these guys go to the gym, load way to much weight and end up hurting themselves, when walking around the track would have been easier and probably more effective.
      Edit: Diet is always first, exercise is secondary to weight loss

    I needed this , I recently lost my brother who was a fire fighter and was in shape and muscular. That said he suffered from high blood pressure and it spiked and he had a heart attack. I made him a promise the day of his funeral. I said I will lose weight and eat right. I’m 6’2 387. I’ve lost 50 in a month and I’m not done. Keep working, forward always. If I can do it you can too. I believe in you. 👊🏽

      @@williambarrineau7153 Facts, didn't realize how bad I was until I was diagnosed with type2 diabetes March of 2019. By August I was told I had to use Insulin daily. September I started going to the gym almost daily went from 419 to 330. Then 2020 happened, I live in Michigan Gyms were closed most of the year and I've been working all year. Gained a little back 364. Not on insulin anymore. Im more comfortable with going to the gym because their super clean now and enforce everyone to distance and clean machines as they go, also have people cleaning machines through the day. I even started an Instagram page dedicated to my weight loss. @Huskytohulk

      I got laughed at, mocked, followed. People would just sit on machines taking up space on their phones I would just try to keep my head down and focus on my thing but they ruined my experience I stuck with it for a year but I just couldn't make progress alone

      Easily. Many obesity related diseases are very treatable or even reversible with major changes, such as this, or more extreme changes to diet and medication; he started before he developed any.

      Even just cutting out alcohol makes a massive difference to someone that drink 3+ times a week. It's so easy for us to fall into bad habits and then making the flimsiest excuses after that.

    was in the same boat, came out of hospital after suffering a dvt in my leg and pulmonary embolisms in my lungs at the age of 30, was 26 stone and now at at 36 im 18 1/2 stone, slowly getting there, have issues breathing but changed my diet to mostly vegetarian for the past year and have noticed the weight drop off and now concentrating on getting fitter, seeing this is keeping me motivated as i was the same weight, true inspiration here

    He is a huge Motivation! I started off at 280 lbs in January 2020, and now I’m maybe 215 in December. I’m working hard as an Able Seaman on Container ships, eating better, and working out on top of that. Trying to be like Bronson!

      If you can, try and find a sport that you like and join a club or something. Its gonna be a lot easier to keep up with your fitness if there's something like that pushing you. I stick with climbing and it forces me to be healthy. Lifting weights can get boring if thats all you're doing.

      @@gav1636 nah when u big like that all u can wear is baggy clothes because u look terrible in tight fitting clothes ..I did the same thing I worked out in a old 4xl tee shirt but when I got ready to leave I would put on my 2x shirt I still got that 4x tee on the wall in my garage..I gave away a closet full of 4x clothes about 5 yrs ago even my shoe size dropped by half .. nothing like wearing a fitted suit or a shirt that fits u right..

      That first weight is easy shit you could cut 1000 calories and walk 2 miles and lose 5lbs a week. The challenge is getting back to normal weight. He pretty cocky for not knowing how much work is still left. That first weight is the easy weight when youre that big

      @@cutty02 I really wouldn't say cocky just proud of himself. Of course weight drops at first especially when you're that big, but the man is working hard as hell. He also has access to a personal trainer and nutritionist so losing the extra weight once he plateus shouldn't be a problem.

    Truly inspirational I was 300 pounds a few months ago now I’m down to 239 I eat like a goat nothing but grass bushes bark and berries in other words fruits and vegetables I hope you keep posting videos of your transformation keep it up big dawg

    I love that he still wears his old baggy shirt to the gym. I sometimes put on my old clothes from last year just to see the progress. A year of eating cleaner and getting my daily workouts, I’ve gone from wearing an XL in shirts and a 38 in jeans down to a Small and a Size 30.

    Congratulations,I just did the same thing.I wanted to lose or get my weight down to 150 from 214 before I turned 60 and I did it 4 months before my birthday.I did this by increasing my protein intake compared to carbs and also reduced the amount of sugar I was consuming daily,I also walk 2-3 mile a day !
