I see why they chose "Every Little Step" instead of what he originally performed at the awards then. This movie was about them and that opening song relates better than "My Prerogative" does. This was a real good movie too and the actors actually looked like how they were portraying unlike the Aaliyah movie. It just should have been called "Whitney and Bobby" instead of "Whitney" cause it wasn't a big life story, but a time piece on their relationship.
great performance. really want to see this biopic. I really don't understand why people can't see why Whitney wouldn't fall for Bobby. Without the drugs and the egos and tabloids, they would in my opinion, have been AMAZING!

We know the Bobby before this. He was sooo Fineee, Handsomeee, Hottt, Sexyyy and Charismatic. To know him, you would have to have known him. Whitney jumped on that work. I am not mad at her. Wow, they made the movie look like it's from the 80's (not the setting, but in real life), especialy when you see Whitney and her friend in the audience.
I can see why they chose to go with "Every Little Step" instead of what he actually performed... "My Prerogative." The producers had to capture the essence of Bobby in just a few short minutes, and Every Little Step was the better choice to accomplish that task. For starters it's his biggest hit. Secondly, this song allowed them to capture his stage presence and unique choreography.
Actually his biggest hit was my prerogative, but I can agree that every little step is his most memorable hit. It ain’t his most viewed on RUclips for nothing.
