I stopped this video to make myself a macaroni and cheese microwavable cup because I knew it was going to be a good one. The other day I did the same thing. I took a few pics to study the design a bit closer. You got a thumbs up from me. Keep them coming. On a side note, down here in South Texas they converted an old Wal-Mart into a migrant center/ Southwest Keys program. They hired a random contractor to build some 9ft wooden walls to divide the facility into dormitories and classrooms. The Fire Marshall went not too long ago and threatened to fine them because they had no plans or permits. Crazy stuff.

Dr. Swanson, consider tying this lesson in with metal deck selection. In practice, they go together but often they aren't taught at the undergraduate/graduate level.
