Hello Don, Thanks for all the updates, I always look forward to your videos. I am sorry to hear about people complaining about the golf courses that were closed, but better the golf courses than peoples homes. I am so glad that I don't have to worry about flooding in TV.
Great video. The original Harry and the Natives has decided to stay open. After announcing they would have to close they had an outpouring of support so he decided to not close the original.
Great as always!! Any word on a “mall” I mean a real mall with Home Goods and Marshall’s and Best Buy and DSW and Kohls and Dicks Sporting Goods etc etc coming south? 301 or 470 or East on 44? These houses need to be able to shop closer to home rather than Lady Lake or Clermont. Somehow my notifications for your videos got turned off so I’ve missed a few but will back up and watch them now. Thanks! Happy Holidays!!!
Geez, the area for the new Wawa has not one tree left on the property. Very disappointing. Will they be required to plant a certain number of trees prior to completion of the construction?
A) I did respond on the live broadcast on Sunday - I doubt that any will be planted as WaWa will want as much parking as possible, any requirements would be up to the city of Wildwood to mandate, and B) by "The Developer" I'm assuming that you must be talkig about the developer of The Villages, in which case your comment is irrelevant as the developer has no part of that project it as another unassocaited company building it. Go peddle your hate someplace else.
edenfiled is still several months away from anything of use happening there. You'll not find a realtor in The Villages that will even talk to you about it, they aren't allowed by policy.
I think Harry’s in Hobe Sound is remaining open in response to popular support. I believe Harry MacArthur is one of the 4 owners of the new restaurant in The Villages
@@craighecker7021 the southern waters area - Moultrie creek, shady brook, water’s edge, or lakeside. All 3 are between Eastport and Middleton downtown areas. I talked about this in video 137.
Where is exactly is the location of the Costco? I am new to the Villages and not familiar with all the streets. Can you give a good location of surrounding streets? Thank you
Someone said that crumbles is now not going next to outback, but the villages offered them a good lease deal and are instead going down toward Middleton... They said their is a sign out by where they were going to be.. If that's true? I don't know..😊
@ okay, as I mentioned I just heard it.. Don't know if true.. Said the sign was by the outback location that they in essence moved before opening..🤷♂️
A sign in Middleton or on the door of the one by Outback? I’m going that way today so I will stop and look. But I haven’t seen any new signs up for Middleton. I hope that’s true though!
They are still building the buildings and have not gotten to the cosmetic aspects of construction when the teaming of the area will start to take place.
Thank you, professional work as usual. Eagerly awaiting part 2, #151. Hoping all is well with you, as its been more than a few days.

Don… thanks for all your videos I’ve enjoyed watching over the past four years.
Looks like 2025 will be another big year in The Villages! Thanks for the updates.
Love your construction updates. So much building going on! Can't wait to check it all out when we get back in a couple weeks! Thanks, Don! Great show!
Great video as always. I continue to look forward to each one as you do them.
I have been anticipating this episode, it was worth the wait. Loved seeing people on the course!
@@theosteichen some new information never before revealed in 151 this weekend

Great video, Don. Hope you had a good Thanksgiving.
really like videos being split up to 30 min. thanks for the info!

Carol, this was not directed at you, there were other comments that I was responding that have since been removed.
Hello Don can you recommend a village’s agent for the Edenfield location and any idea when it will become available?

Thanks for the updates Don. Of you were going to move within the villages to a new neighborhood, which one would you chose?

Hi Don, where is the new Costco being built?

Looks like Route 466 behind the Fish Market.
Will be in the open field between Hobby Lobby, Home Goods, and Fresh Market Just north of CR466
Fresh Market, not Fish Market.@@Billyjk72
thanks but doesn't really help. I know where 466 is but not any of the stores you listed. I'll figure it out.
@ just north of the old high school

First time I heard this one, I’ll take a drive-through Middleton this weekend and verify

East port is nice but looks very generic no theming which is a bummer I think loses a bit of the village’s charm
It’s supposed to be cobblestone streets with a European vibe. I imagine something similar to St Aug
