I was at the gym today and after doing some free weights, I head over to the area where I do abs, dips and lower back. While there, a guy said ‘Oh, it was you!’, after which he explained he liked it and proceeded to ask what it was. I showed him where to get it after he literally handed me his phone. To top things off, as I was having this conversation, a girl who was doing abs in the same room but opposite side who I apparently walked by came by us and stated that she could smell me when I passed by her and she thought it smelled good as well. So basically 2 in 1 compliment today, which has never happened with any other fragrance I own. All in all, while I thought Missoni was just ok when I first got it. Now, I’ve come to discover it either does something special off my skin, or it’s just a solid must have. Gonna need to buy backups.

@@ChadSecrets What’s crazy is that I kinda wrote it off when I got it. I saw the reviews and the hype, but I was pretty ‘meh’ about it and liked Versace Pour Homme at first. Now, I have 3 bottles of this stuff and Versace Pour Homme and I kinda use each in their own little scenarios that I’ve deemed ideal for each one! Gym is def Missoni Wave though 😎

I have 6 bottles of this one, absolutely love it, yes magnetic cap is very nice, and it smells like Chanel allure homme sport+ Versace pour homme, longevity and performanse are literally great...
For the price you really can not go wrong
I'm shocked how expensive that one is in the USA/Canada. I just got a 100ml here in Europe one month ago for like 35$, and it was a blind buy for me. Only second blind buy in my life,and man was that a great 'steal'. Amazing,fresh summer scent that you can't go wrong with, specially if you are a fan of Channel alurre homme sport or Armani aqua di gio for example. In that price range (35-40$ for 100ml) it is definitley best buy ever.
It is out of hand how expensive this is here! But if it's bought as a cheapie you are right it is a steal

I agree, Missoni Wave is a great fragrance and I get compliments every time I wear it. I wish it was only $35-$40 here in Australia, but get ready for a shock - it’s $100 here, yep, 100 lol. So those of you in America or other countries could probably buy 2 bottles of this and still get change lol.

I'm in Australia and have never even heard of that brand before. It's about 120aud here which is probably about 70usd. But it's fresh and sweet. And available!

recently bought it from notino for 40euros 100ml. I will definately wear it A LOT in the coming spring and summer in Greece. I Liked the scent very much.. even now in autumn. i think in Spring and summer it will shine the most!

I loved smelling Allure Homme Sport extreme when I was ultra but I was already buying BDC edp. Decided to pick this up instead of spending another 150 on allure homme sport

I got on the Wave just soon enough in March 2023 for $47 (3.4 oz) Half way thru my bottle in 1 year! It’s a daily for me in Spring/ Summer.

5 Months later and they are available for cheap on Amazon! I got it a few weeks ago for $38 on there, which is a price I'm willing to settle for, because it smells great! Good reccomendation

I had mine back in september and thought it was really weak on the drydown. Gave it away as a bday present.

@@ChadSecrets i kinda knew that going into it. I felt like if the drydown had just a BIT more umph it would have been really good. It did alot of things good but nothing great. My buddy likes it alot so thats all that matters
Why does it have to go down in price if it smells better than Allure Homme Sport Eu Extreme ($160)? It projects longer too, let Missoni make a little bit of money on a great product. Everyone hates on Nautica Voyage and it's $17.99. If you're scared to spend money on a good fragrance just get that.
Because you can find it in rack stores for way less so buying it for more than double if not more is a waste for most. Its still a great fragrance but its hype drove up the price
@@ChadSecrets It went up like $10 in the last couple years. It's still worth it I'm on my 3rd bottle. Won't pay over $45 for it though that's where I draw the line.

early batches were very floral, almost unisex, and super loud. Now it is citrusy/aquatic/musky . 60% AHS 40% VPH. But with the reformulation there came the weakness....5 hours max with weak projection.
Do you know this personally or someone told you?
@@ChadSecrets personally . I tried it when it had first came out back in 2021. Then decided to retry it last month, and it shocked me how much they have changed it. However I like the current version more, it is more masculine

@ChadSecrets I'll be honest it's a blind buy for me so i didn't spring for the 100 ml which is $61.99 . They had a 5 Ml bottle for $16.00 I got that. And I just checked all those are sold out now. They do seem to have plenty 100 Ml bottles right now. The 5 ML will do since I wanna see how I like it first anyway. Hey keep up the great work!
Smells insanely salty on me, projection is loud but that saltiness throws me off. Wish I liked it 😢
Really eh? Maybe a bad batch or skin chemistry thing. I detect sea notes but not much salt.
Then again, some frags work with some people and others it doesn't 🤷♂️

Great review bro, explanation was spot on describing the scent profile. agree with you that this is no longer a cheapie but still way cheaper than CAHS. If you have time, try to show the atomizer quality as this one is exceptionally good (sort of like pressurized).

Just cus there are just so many better similar ones out there, its very hard to fathom the good ratings considering how boring it is.
I own over 100 fragrances and I love freshies, I love all the notes in Missoni Wave but its just too boring and I dont need another one like that in my collection so I sent it back together with Prada LR Ocean EDP and A&F First Instinct which were blind buys and part of a big order of many fragrances but those ones were just too boring and I know that I will never feel the need or mood to wear them.
Its just basically a clone of two very respected fragrances. Its not an original DNA so idk what to tell ya

I don't keep records but the first time I wore this was at an after wedding breakfast for the wedding party. June of 2022. All the maids of honor and family were there several compliments, I bought it on-line for I think $35.00 a week before the wedding. I have a collection 55-60 bottles so I don't wear it often but I wish I had a back up bottle.

I’ve considered getting a bottle, mainly as a massive fan of Versace Pour Homme, where the lemon note works amazing in the humid, south eastern USA summer.

i just got this Saturday and man it's so good especially for the heat wave in Florida. wayy better value per dollar than chanel allure home sport and lasts just as long if not longer. I don't get the versace pour Homme comparisons personally. I got it by trading my bottle of armaf tres nuit for it and man fantastic decision.
All of them are truly fantastic. This one leans closer to the Chanel. But just some elements of the Versace. You are right though! On me the Missoni has better performance than the Chanel!
Yep, absolutely love it and I do get compliments when I wear it as well. The price hike did shock me and wish I bought a back up bottle. I'll probably go back to using Versace Pour Homme for my summer/ gym freshie or look out for another clone when my current bottle runs out.

Missoni wave for sweet, Nautica voyage for fresh and clean. That will be up to your taste at that point
How strong is the lavander note?
It's there, but it brings balance instead of being prominent
