The glitch is that he was playing on ng+ and he replayed the mission where peter finally takes off the symbiote suit but typically after the mission it resets the game back to the point u were at when u replayed the mission but the game thought that he was still supposed to do something in the mission

Turn off the voice in accessibility settings

click options button on controller and if you have abandon mission option then cliick i and you are good
How is that speaking voice on there?
It's like a feature in the settings, on audio
Dude it's for deaf people are you dumb
Before you start the game, the speaking voice is there
