A victim from drowning should have their mouth checked for water or debris - then put them on their side immediately in recovery position to allow fluid to drain from the mouth. A victim can choke on water/vomit/blood if placed on their back. If no liquid comes out of their mouth while on their side, then place them on their back and perform cpr, etc. as video suggests.

For non breathing casualties Adults, Chuildren and Infants - 5 rescue breaths first, then 30 compressions to 2 breaths.
5, 30:2, 30:2, 30:2.. please see European Resus guidelines 2015 for up-to-date, evidence based guidance for more details.

I was attending an unresponsive drowning victim yesterday. I called my doctor and did as he said - flipped the victim and put him on my knee, lowering his rib cage to allow water to escape from his lungs through the mouth

Why do you have to call 911 whether if the person loses consciousness or not when they’re drowning

In the video i don't see any mouth to mouth respiration which falls under CPR and I think it is really important to make drowning person at least 1 time in prone position so that, the water in his nose and throat goes out. As this is life saving educational video, I think the video is more important than command which is not appropriately present in the video. Thank you!!!

Hi there. I am willing to translate some of your videos in to Farsi - Afghanistan. However, I didn't find the Farsi language in the list. Are you planning adding more languages?
