I got a head ache my hand was ice cold my writing hand then I got a pain in my neck just out of nowhere like a stabbing. I literally can’t believe how this has worked I have a name vic I have what looks like a picture of a country with a signature at the bottom I’m just overwhelmed at how this is my first time but came out with a name and possible a country if I can figure out which one it is..
I just finished this. I was skeptical, but it worked just as well as your other videos. I got a message from my dad. I felt sick the entire time, though. It's almost like motion sickness? Is this normal? lol.
I'm happy you were able to receive a message from your dad. As to why you experienced a physical sensation, I can only speculate. I do know someone who describes having physical sensations when experiencing the supernatural. They've described it to me as an intense feeling of "butterflies in the stomach", often accompanied by other numerous sensations. Everyone has their own unique experiences and limits. That being said, if you ever feel you're beyond your limits, consider discontinuing the exercise. Wishing you all the best. 😊🙏✨
I sometimes can get sick when doing trance mediumship. My teacher said it’s me switching mental states/brainwaves which at times trigger my motion sickness. She said the best thing to do was just to breath through it and then it will at some point stop and you’ll be in a really deep theta state.
