Bro, pull all the profit you make on a prop account. Not to brag but i made 6 figures in payouts. If you're profitable, you'll just grow the account again. If you're not, then at least you took what you could.
Yeah but wouldn’t it be better to compound and take your profits out closer to the end of the year to minimize on the amount of taxes you’re paying back, because i’m not smart but if you profitable you definitely paying the government on your gains correct?
@@PrimePina it's not smart to keep the monopoly money in these props when they can shut down any day then you SOL plus it is always worth taking out the money when these accounts aren't so expensive and just keep a small balance in there at all times plus Topstep only let you take out 50% until 30 winning trading days of $200 net profit so they already protecting the account for you

Work on your risk management bro you will be good. I tried to trade no more than one contract on a $50k account to minimize my risk. I have a 98% win rate. I will increase my contract size when I have a $150k account. Which I will probably sign up for by the end of September.
@@Riccotrades It’s important to have structure bro especially with trading and investing. If you don’t create structure or some type of system you become really depressed. When I make my trade man if I win or lose the trade I’m out for the day, I don’t go back on the market. It takes time to gain that discipline but overtime you become better the More you do that. It’s working for me though.

Since my scaling plan gives me 15 contracts I always start off with 1 contract and take a quick W for a nice $300 play. Then I wait for another entry and do it again, if it goes against me I buy/sell another contract to DCA ( but I wait every 7-10pts before DCAing so I can have a nice avg ). Then I just sell the move for probably $200-$400. Rinse & Repeat. I only take payouts that keep me above my Scaling Plan. So I try to leave around $5500 after a payout. But, I haven't had losing day yet. But, props on the payout.

Actually no, the limit is 0 on a 50k funded Topstep account. Daily, is 1000. Once you're in profit, I should clarify. They give you a chance to get in profit but after that it's 0.
Don’t give up brother. I’ve blown at least 10-15 accounts already. Look into the ict strategy if you stick to that and have good risk management I’m pretty confident you’ll start to see some progression🤝🏽
I thought it was all bs as well back in November 2023. Lost 2 Funded accounts. Took a break, learned a few things. Now I have 3 funded accounts and the lesson I learned was to take it slow. Trading 3 mnq making $100 a day. Copy trading though so $300 a day. Nice and easy fr 😂
