Thanks very much, happy to hear you have enjoyed it. Ah, the Peak class 45's? Yeah, seen footage of them in action along the Midland Mainline and has to be said, they were incredible. Shame that they are now withdrawn from the mainline but at least some has been preserved.
@@arnoldspottingvideos5269 Well, not really. If you think about it like this: 2 extra coaches gained for the service. Yeah, it was a shame it wasn't a HST but considering Cross Country are not running a full timetable service, it makes sense pairing the units up.
Somehow buddy, Sheffield at night looks a lot more appealing and inviting that Sheffield during the day. I dunno why, some liveries they just pop off the screen at night
Hey Ricky nice video dude. Remember watching the peaks run the East Midlands line st Pancras to Sheffield bashing all the way to Leicester.

Thank very much Stuart. Getting there nice and steady away.
Merry Christmas 🎄
Evening arrivals and departures at Sheffield
Yes, it is and the finale for the 2021 series :-)
very amazing video ricky my best friend
Thank you Rafe, happy to hear you've enjoyed it :-)
Great video Ricky. Unfortunately, you didn't see CrossCountry HST from Plymouth to Edinburgh headcode 1S51
Thanks very much Arnold. That's because the HST was replaced by a class 220/221 combo on that service.
@@RickyNowis wow that's a fail CrossCountry

It does, especially with the sunsetting as it gave us a chance to reflect on the year.
Yeah, they do at night with some liveries.
