Hi what is ur experience now?
its working fine without any fault...the only thing which i have felt is the rise in electricity bill...i wish they had an option of switching off one side when not in use...coz most of the time, I dont keep any stuff on the freezer side and it just keeps on running and consuming electricity...but still m happy,as I wanted side by side ref and the looks of this ref is amazing...and in 36k what more can i expect from a ref...

@@bodiminds6571 -there isnt any provision of plumbed water line, even in top models...instead they have provided a water tank which needs to be filled manually...even in samsung space max family hub they have provided a water tank... if the fridge has plumbed water line then it can be connected with purifier but then there would be some technical aspects such as pressure which would require a technician to connect it to the RO...
My amazon basics refrigetor is not working as the pcb of the fridge is malfunctioning. I talked to amazon customer care but they don't know where to service. Anyone please help me in this regard. Am from hyderabad.

All these refrigerators are manufactured by HiSense which is actually a Chinese company. These products are made in China itself.

yes the company has mentioned that it doesn't have an inbuilt stabilizer...but in my area i dont need, as I have not experienced any voltage fluctuations...please use a stabilizer, if there is lots of voltage fluctuations in ur area...

u need to contact AMZ call centre they will have their technicians sent at ur place...usually they repair the appliance at home... otherwise they will guide u with the best alternative🙂

I have not seen any ice gathering anywhere on the freezer side...the only issue is the rise in electricity bill...

Guys , Don't buy amazon basics large appliances. Really if they get damaged then their repair service is worst. I was a huge fan of Amazon Basics Products I purchased the same Refrigerator last year October. After 9-10 months my refrigerator stopped cooling. Later on .. on reporting one technician came and told that one part needs repair and its not available. Later on amazon also told that part is not available and hence my repair work is not yet done till now even after 4 month of service request. Also the same part (evaporator) i search for in the market but the one used by our Refrigerator is not available in market too. So i am left with one electronic which is of no use now. So kindly understand that even if i bought refrigerator from amazon , the brand was amazon Basics still i was unable to get service in 4 months.
thanks for ur comment bro...If the problem came in 9-10 months then it is under warranty and if they were unable to repair, then the company should provide a replacement of the product...company cant deny for the replacement. If they deny then u will have to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.

They have innbuilt stabilizer ,plus different cooling technology to save power bill, yeah brand value ,one thing u should realise refrigerator run 24/ 7 so better to invest a good one considering the fact there is power fluctuations everywhere in India and it might kill ur compressor o PCB board and you could end up spending so much

I set any temperature according to my needs, so I believe u too can do the same...
Using Super freezer mode all the time will killl ur compressor eventually in long run and your power billl we be more
