I never said anything harsh to anyone..and I never imagined it is this hard for people. From now, I'll not consider it as just a bad thing but a trauma for many so I can be more sensitive about it.

I'm someone who's suffering from blackheads all over my face (cheeks nose forehead everywhere) since i was 11. I'm 16 now..they are still there. Much worse. And the speech at the end made me cry. It was so relatable. And the fact that ppl literally come @us and say "wash your face 2 times a day you acne will go" or "don't you wash your face" is sooo crazy. At this point i think these are forever. Learning to live with insecurities is a journey I've begun not too long ago but i think it's gonnna be worth it because I'm not alone.
i can totally relate and agree to the point you've made in this video and I'm so so proud that someone have made a content like this and spreading awareness about this issue. Fighting and surviving hormonal acne and PCOD myself can understand the survival and war with ourselves everyday in the mirror , The world ,the remedies these people come up to just frankly on our faces and bodies without getting any knowledge . Thousands of failed medical procedures and the sentences like "chehra kharab ho gaya hai tumhara toh " is a war in itself . Tried using these stupid home remedies recommended by RUclips and people helped with nothing but shattered the belief . People need to educate themselves about not just acne issues and other body image or mental issues but also get learnt the way to react on something politely and not to poke someone's insecurities be it small or big . felt and absolutely loved the whole video wholeheartedly specially the last part

I used to struggle with severe and cystic acne too, and I'm still dealing with it, though my condition is much better now. It's such a painful journey, and people just make fun of you and say things like, "Bro, wash your face properly," which can be really frustrating. I found your video very relatable.Keep it up sis !

I tried a lot of DIY's but nothing worked so finally after struggling with severe acne for more then 5 years I decided to visit a dermatologist, and believe me when I say this "she saved my life". So please visit a dermat if you can they know what's best for your skin, the journey will be long but so worth it. Your skin will need a lot of time to heal and you are gonna get pimples every now and then but still it's gonna be so much better then before. So please go to a professional and stop watching these "how to remove acne in a week videos" because they are shit and they will make your skin even worse. If you still wanna know what I did to get rid of my acne then here is the answer, I stopped eating chicken or any other food item with high protein for a good 3 months, I strictly used Truderma's skincare product's which were indeed recommended by my doctor and obviously junk food items were and are boycotted for good.
First cure pcos by going gynecologist otherwise use aurvedic doctor bcz I m also a pcos patient then go to dermatologist...u don't need to focus on pimples now bcz the root problem is pcos and hormonal imbalance...if u get my comment please answer it if u are agree..@Manalika Das

Anyway ager maine aapko products sab bata bhi diye toh bhi aap unhe kharid nahi paoge becuse voh sirf prescription ke sath hi milte hai. Just go to a dermatologist love sab thik jayega TOUCH WOOD.

My skin is not acne prone and never faced acne in my teens but bcz of bad eating habits and lifestyle I got lots of bad acne .the main reason was gut dysfunction . Mein usse follow krti hun , she's nutritionist and her clients are majorly out of India . Mein kbhi uski client nahi rahi but I follow her to boost up knowledge . And trust me meine apne acne 6 months m khatam krr diye wou temperaroy the . Please don't eat crap . Throw them in dustbin within microseconds . You should try intermittent fasting . 💕
